本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的, 提供一种防进液气道的乳 液泵, 它包括: 一活塞杆, 内置一上单向阀; 一押头, 固定在上升活塞杆上端; 一牙套, 其中央通孔的下部壁上一体形成有一防进水导向套管, 所述防进水导 向套管的内壁与活塞杆的外壁滑动配合; 一汽缸, 其上端螺紋与牙套的一螺纹 部分啮合连接, 内置一下单向阀及一弹簧; 一胶管, 其上端与汽缸下端固定连 接; 以及一垫片, 其设置在所述汽缸上端外侧, 并紧贴牙套的一内侧下表面; 其中, 汽缸的上端螺纹的齿的宽度为 A, 牙套与汽缸螺纹连接的螺紋部分中的 齿槽宽度为 B, 而 B大于 A; 此外, 在汽缸上端与牙套顶部下表面接触面之间 存在间隙。
在所述的乳液泵中, 汽缸上端存在至少一个缺口。
本实用新型的优点是, 由此形成的气道可有效地防止乳液沿气道反向流出, 这是因为: 1 . 垫片起着重要的阻隔作用, 汽缸和垫片之间的间隙易通过气体而不易通 过乳液;
2. 汽缸的上端螺纹与牙套上的螺纹啮合时, 在它们的螺纹之间形成间隙, 此间隙环绕着汽缸成螺旋线延伸, 乳液难以进入;
3. 由此形成的气道要通过在汽缸顶端最高点处的缺口, 乳液难以爬升到如 此高度;
4. 由于气道需要经过牙套防进水导向套管与活塞杆之间的间隙、 汽缸上端 的缺口、 汽缸与牙套螺牙之间的间隙、 垫片与汽缸外侧壁之间的间隙, 最后进 入乳液瓶, 因此, 乳液要反向经过如此长、 如此高、 如此曲折的气道是不可能 的。 附图说明

参看图 2和 4, 本实用新型的乳液泵包括押头 3、 活塞杆 4、 牙套 6、 汽缸 Π和胶管 18。
押头 3内具有一通道 7, 通道下端有一管接头 8。 管接头 8包括一内管 9和 一外管 10, 外管 10的外壁上设有外螺纹 11, 而内管和外管之间设有环形凹槽 12。
活塞杆 4的上端 13的外径縮小,且与内管 9的内壁通过凹槽与凸环嵌合等 方式固定连接。 而活塞杆 4的其余部分的外径与内管 9的外径相同。 活塞杆 4 的内侧设一上阀座 19, 上阀座 19上置一上玻璃球 20, 上阀座 19和上玻璃球 20形成一可向上打开的单向阀。

1. 一种防进液气道的乳液泵, 包括: 一活塞杆, 内置一上单向阀; 一押头, 固定在上升活塞杆上端; 一牙套, 其中央通孔的下部壁上一体形成有一防进水 导向套管, 所述防进水导向套管的内壁与活塞杆的外壁滑动配合; 一汽缸, 其 上端螺纹与牙套的一螺纹部分啮合连接, 内置一下单向阀及一弹簧; 一胶管, 其上端与汽缸下端固定连接; 以及一垫片, 其设置在所述汽缸上端外侧, 并紧 贴牙套的一内侧下表面; 其特征在于, 汽缸的上端螺紋的齿的宽度为 A, 牙套 与汽缸螺紋连接的螺纹部分中的齿槽宽度为 B, 而 B大于 A; 此外, 在汽缸上 端与牙套顶部下表面接触面之间存在间隙。
