Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种乳液泵防进水机构。该乳液泵防进水机构,是在原来汽缸盖的通孔的孔壁上位于该汽缸盖与所述连接导管相配合处沿所述连接导管的外壁向上延伸形成一个与所述汽缸盖连体的并且高出该汽缸盖的上平面的防进水导向套管。本实用新型适用于乳液泵上。

乳液泵防进水机构
本实用新型涉及一种乳液泵防进水机构。
目前,有一种存放日用化工乳液的乳液瓶,其上都配有乳液泵,该乳液泵它包括押头、连接导管、汽缸和汽缸盖等,所述汽缸盖是与连接导管套接的,为了能在出液时平衡瓶内外气压,在所述汽缸盖和连接导管之间需要留有凹陷的间隙,因此在使用时,污水往往会积在所述的间隙中并沿连接导管管壁进入乳液瓶内,污染瓶内的乳液。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种既能平衡瓶内外气压又能防止污水进入乳液瓶内的乳液泵防进水机构。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该乳液泵防进水机构,它包括一只押头、一根连接导管和一只汽缸盖,在所述押头上设有一个管接头,在所述汽缸盖的中央设有一只通孔,所述押头通过其上的管接头套接在所述连接导管的上端,所述汽缸盖通过其上的通孔套在所述连接导管的下部上,其特征在于在所述汽缸盖的通孔的孔壁上位于该汽缸盖与所述连接导管相配合处沿所述连接导管的外壁向上延伸形成一个与所述汽缸盖连体的并且高出该汽缸盖的上平面的防进水导向套管。
本实用新型所述的乳液泵防进水机构,只在所述汽缸盖的通孔内增设有一防进水导向套管,即能防止所述乳液泵进污水的问题。为了保证该乳液泵在改进后仍然具有良好的关闭状态,因此本实用新型对所述押头和连接导管也作了简单的改进,上述这种改进无需增加零件和成本,也不影响瓶内外气压和外观、出液量、关闭防漏、打开防漏等性能,因此本实用新型是一种较理想的防污水进入机构。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
图1是本实用新型所述乳液泵防进水机构的结构示意图。
下面结合图1详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体乳液泵防进水机构的结构。
该乳液泵防进水机构,它包括一只押头1、一根连接导管口2和一只汽缸盖3,在所述押头1上设有一个管接头1-1,在所述汽缸盖3的中央设有一只通孔3-1,所述押头1通过其上的管接头1-1套接在所述连接导管2的上端,所述汽缸盖3通过其上的通孔3-1套在所述连接导管2的下部上,在所述汽缸盖3的通孔3-1的孔壁上位于该汽缸盖3与所述连接导管2相配合处沿所述连接导管2的外壁向上延伸形成一个与所述汽缸盖3连体的并且高出该汽缸盖3的上平面的防进水导向套管3-2。
所述押头1上的管接头1-1由内管1-1-1和外管1-1-2两管构成,所述内管1-1-1的外径与所述连接导管2的外径相等,在所述内外两管1-1-1和1-1-2之间设有一可让所述防进水导向套管插入其内的管形凹槽1-1-3。
所述连接导管2的上端外径收小形成一个管接头2-1。
所述连接导管2通过其上的管接头2-1插入设在其上端的押头1的内管1-1-1内,使上述两者1和2连成一体。
图1中标号4是汽缸,标号5是牙套。

Claims (4)

1.一种乳液泵防进水机构,它包括一只押头、一根连接导管和一只汽缸盖,在所述押头上设有一个管接头,在所述汽缸盖的中央设有一只通孔,所述押头通过其上的管接头套接在所述连接导管的上端,所述汽缸盖通过其上的通孔套在所述连接导管的下部上,其特征在于在所述汽缸盖的通孔的孔壁上位于该汽缸盖与所述连接导管相配合处沿所述连接导管的外壁向上延伸形成一个与所述汽缸盖连体的并且高出该汽缸盖的上平面的防进水导向套管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵防进水机构,其特征在于所述押头上的管接头是由内管和外管两管构成,所述内管的外径与所述连接导管的外径相等,在所述内外两管之间设有一可让所述防进水导向套管插入其内的管形凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵防进水机构,其特征在于所述连接导管的上端外径收小形成一个管接头。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的乳液泵防进水机构,其特征在于所述连接导管通过其上的管接头插入设在其上端的押头的内管内,使上述两者连成一体。
