Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种乳液泵,特别是一种可防止水进入乳液瓶内的乳液泵。
技术背景:
目前存放化工乳液的乳液瓶,其上都配有乳液泵,该乳液泵包括按头、滑管、缸体和缸盖等,缸盖是与滑管套接的,为了能在出液时平衡瓶内外气压,在缸盖和滑管间需留有凹陷的间隙,因此在使用时,污水往往会积聚在的间隙中并沿滑管管壁进入乳液瓶内,污染瓶内的乳液。1999年4月14日中国专利公告中公开了专利号为97243110(授权公告号为CN 2314128Y)的专利,该专利公开了一种乳液泵的防进水机构,解决了上述普通乳液泵中存在的污水沿滑管管壁进入乳液瓶内污染瓶内乳液的问题,但其缸盖上仍然会存有积水,时间一长将变成污水,十分不卫生。
上述授权公告号为CN2314128Y的专利中的连接管和押头与本实用新型中的滑管和按头相对应。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防进水的乳液泵,它解决了现有乳液泵中存在的污水沿滑管管壁进入乳液瓶内污染瓶内乳液的问题。
技术方案:
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种防进水的乳液泵,包括:缸体、缸盖、滑管、活塞、单向阀、按头;其特征在于:按头与缸盖间装有波纹管状塑胶弹簧。

有益效果,由于采用了本实用新型所述的技术方案,塑胶弹簧可将缸体或乳液瓶的瓶盖包裹住,所以在使用乳液泵的过程中,即使有水从按头顶部落下也不会有水渗入乳液瓶内污染瓶内的乳液;而且采用了波纹管状塑胶弹簧,所以不存在金属弹簧的生锈现象。

从图1可见,所述的防进水的乳液瓶,包括:缸体5、缸盖3、滑管4、活塞6、按头1和单向阀;其中由小球7与缸体5上伸出的翼5-2组成单向阀;按头1与缸盖3间装有波纹管状塑料或橡胶弹簧2;位于缸体5内的活塞6中央开有通孔,通孔与滑管4下部的小管4-2滑动相配,小管4-2端部设有防止活塞6从小管4-2上脱落的限位扣4-3,小管4-2沿径向开有侧孔4-1,该侧孔4-1在按头1按下时位于活塞6通孔外,使按头1上的喷管1-1与缸体5的内腔相通,小球7关闭了缸体5的内腔与乳液瓶之间的通道,使缸体5内的乳液通过侧孔4-1进入滑管4内再流经按头1从喷管1-1的喷口喷出;当按头1在塑胶弹簧2的作用下复位时,滑管4先向上运动,侧孔4-1退入活塞6的通孔内关闭了喷管1-1与缸体5内腔之间的通道,滑管4通过小管4-2上的限位扣4-3带动活塞6向上运动,这时由于缸内负压的作用,小球7向上移动使缸体5的内腔与乳液瓶连通并将瓶内的乳液吸入缸体5的内腔以便下次压下按头1时从喷管1-1上喷出。

1、一种防进水的乳液泵,包括:缸体(5)、缸盖(3)、滑管(4)、活塞(6)、单向阀、按头(1);其特征在于:按头(1)与缸盖(3)间装有波纹管状塑胶弹簧(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防进水的乳液泵,其特征在于:波纹管状塑胶弹簧(2)位于缸盖(3)外侧。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的防进水的乳液泵,其特征在于:位于缸体(5)内的活塞(6)中央开有通孔,通孔与滑管(4)下部的小管(4-2)滑动相配,小管(4-2)端部设有防止活塞(6)从小管(4-2)上脱落的限位扣(4-3),小管(4-2)沿径向开有侧孔(4-1),该侧孔(4-1)在按头(1)按下时位于活塞(6)通孔外使按头(1)上的喷管(1-1)与缸体(5)内腔相通,当按头(1)复位时滑管(4)先向上运动,侧孔(4-1)退入活塞(6)的通孔内关闭了喷管(1-1)与缸体(5)内腔之间的通道,滑管(4)通过小管(4-2)上的限位扣(4-3)带动活塞(6)向上运动。
