Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système d'enquête pouvant être utilisés dans le domaine de la recherche commerciale, pour des enquêtes, ainsi que pour des études de concurrence. Des demandes d'enquête sont présentées à un serveur d'enquête (8) qui propose ensuite sur Internet un objet pour lequel une enquête a été demandée à partir d'un téléphone portable (5) présentant un navigateur de recherche sur Internet et pouvant envoyer des informations sous forme d'images sur un réseau de communication par paquets (2), un centre I-mode (3), et le réseau de communication Internet (4). Le serveur d'enquête (8) reçoit des informations concernant un vote effectué par l'intermédiaire d'un téléphone portable. Les objets d'enquête sont classés en fonction des informations de vote reçues. Les objets d'enquête ne sont pas nécessairement préparés dans le cadre de la demande et les informations sous forme d'images des articles soumis à une recherche commerciale peuvent être préparées dans le serveur d'enquête (8).
