Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc à mémoire de forme, qui présente un caractère avantageux du point de vue de la mémoire de forme, ainsi qu'une force élastique et une dureté similaire à un article en caoutchouc classique. On peut utiliser plusieurs motifs et plusieurs réalisations d'articles afin de modifier la forme des articles en caoutchouc. La composition en caoutchouc à mémoire de forme comprend un polymère polyalkylène cristallin, qui présente des doubles liaisons cis constituées d'au moins 60 % de ces liaisons doubles totales, un point de fusion à 28 °C et un point de transition vitreuse de - 80 °C; un polymère caoutchouteux possédant des points réticulables dans les chaînes polymères principales et latérales; un agent de vulcanisation, n'étant pas réticulé avec les polymères polyalkylènes cristallins mais avec les polymères caoutchouteux; ainsi que d'autres additifs.
