Description

在智能网中实现节点位置与状态信息查询的方法及系统
技术领域 本发明涉及一种智能网业务, 特别是指一种在智能网中实现节点位置与 状态信息查询的方法及系统。 发明背景 在智能网中, 交换与业务是分离的, 交换机仅完成最基本的接续功能, 而所有智能业务的控制均由另一个网络层——即智能网来完成。智能网主要 由业务控制点 (SCP )、 业务交换点 (SSP )、 业务管理系统 (SMS ) 以及业 务生成环境 (SCE )组成, 其中, 业务控制功能单元(SCF ) 完成业务逻辑 控制功能; 业务交换功能单元(SSF ) 完成交换功能, 将呼叫中的各种事件 向 SCF报告并可将呼叫挂起, 等待 SCF的进一步指示。
SCF还可以使用移动应用协议(MAP )信令与归属位置寄存器(HLR )、 移动交换中心 (MSC ) 以及通用分组无线业务(GPRS ) 支持节点等通信, 以扩充其能力。 正是基于此, 第三代移动通信合作项目组织 3GPP在其有关 规范 (23.078 V4.0 以上) 中规定了在电路域中, SCF可通过 HLR查询与 MSC相关的位置和状态信息的方法, 它利用任意时间协商机制 (ATI )。
但是, 现有技术中还不能实现在分组域中 SCF通过 HLR查询与通用分 组无线业务服务支持节点 (SGSN )相关的位置信息和状态信息。 虽然可以 通过网关移动位置中心(GMLC )查询 GPRS的位置信息, 但不能获取状态 信息, 这使一些与此相关的业务不能实现, 而且还需增加相关的 GMLC设 备。 由于 SGSN是服务 GPRS支持节点, 查询 GPRS信息实际上就是查询 SGSN的信息, 二者只是从不同的角度的说法, 为了符合行业习惯, 文中沿 用了两种提法, 分别是从功能实体的角度和业务的角度来说的。
由于现有技术不能通过 HLR实现 GPRS位置和状态信息的查询, 使得 用户不能获得与这些信息相关的业务, 比如一些类似协议上下文的业务需要 GPRS的信息, 因此限制了网络的能力; 而且不能通过 HLR查询位置信息, 使组网的灵活性降低了。 发明内容 为了解决以上问题, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种在智能网中实现节 点位置与状态信息查询的方法及系统, 以便实现 GPRS位置与状态信息的查 询, 增强网络能力, 提高组网灵活性。
为达到上述目的,本发明提出一种在智能网中实现节点位置与状态信息 查询的方法, 用于在分组域中业务控制功能单元(SCF )通过归属位置寄存 器(HLR )查询与通用分组无线业务(GPRS )相关的位置信息和状态信息。 该方法包括以下的步骤:
a. 先由移动网业务控制功能单元(gsmSCF )向 HLR发送一个任意时间 协商机制请求信息 ΑΉ REQUEST, 该消息包括至少三个参数: 发送者地址 gsmSCF Address、 请求信息 Requested Info , 移动台标识 Mobile Station Identity。 其中, 请求信息 Requested Info中不但指明所需要的信息是位置信 息 Location Information还是状态信息 Subscriber state, 而且指明所需要的信 息是与移动交换中心 (MSC )相关还是与 SGSN相关, 移动台标识 Mobile Station Identity可以是国际移动台标识(IMSI )或移动台综合业务数据网络 号 (MSISDN );
b. HLR 收到 gsmSCF 的请求消息后, 根据其中的请求信息 Requested Info, 向 gsmSCF发送相应的响应消息 ΑΉ Α(3Κ, 即: 如果请求的是位置信 息 Location Information, 则响应位置信息 Location Information; 如果请求的 是状态信息 Subscriber state, 则响应状态信息 Subscriber state; 如果请求的是 与 MSC相关的信息,则响应与 MSC相关的信息;如果请求的是与 SGSN相 关的信息, 则响应与 SGSN相关的信息。
本发明还提供了一种在智能网中实现节点位置与状态信息查询的系统, 该系统包括: 设置于 gsmSCF的请求消息发送装置和设置于 HLR的请求消 息接收装置, 分别用于发送和接收任意时间协商机制请求消息 ΑΉ REQUEST, 该消息包括至少三个参数: 发送者地址 gsmSCF Address、 请求 信息 Requested Info, 移动台标识 Mobile Station Identity; 以及设置于 HLR 的响应消息发送装置和设置于 gsmSCF的响应消息接收装置, 所述响应消息 发送装置在收到 gsmSCF 的请求消息后, 根据其中的请求信息 Requested Info, 向 gsmSCF发送相应的响应消息 I ACK, 响应消息接收装置用于接 收该响应消息 ATI ACK:。
消息的发送装置和接收装置之间均使用移动应用协议(MAP )通信; 所 述的请求信息 Requested Info 中不但指明所需的信息是位置信息 Location Information还是状态信息 Subscriber state, 而且还指明所需的信息是与 MSC 相关还是与 SGSN相关, 移动台标识 Mobile Station Identity可以是 IMSI或 MSISDN;所述的响应消息 ATI ACK是与请求信息 Requested Info相对应的, 即: 不论请求的是位置信息 Location Information还是状态信息 Subscriber state, 如果请求的是与 MSC相关的信息, 则响应与 MSC相关的信息; 如果 请求的是与 SGSN相关的信息, 则响应与 SGSN相关的信息。
由于采用了以上的方案, 扩充了任意时间协商机制 ATI, 在任意时间协 商机制的请求消息 ΑΉ REQUEST和响应消息 ΑΉ ACK中增加了与 SGSN相 关的信息, 从而实现了与 SGSN相关的位置和状态信息的查询, 增强了网络 能力, 提高了组网灵活性。 附图简要说明 图 1是本发明实施例体系结构示意图。
图 2是本发明实施例信令交互示意图。 实施本发明的方式 下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
参见图 1 , 由于是用于移动网, 其业务控制功能单元 SCF为 gsmSCF, 从图中可见, 在 gsmSCF和 HLR之间通过移动应用协议(MAP )进行交互。
图 2是信令交互示意图, 参见图 2所示, 本发明的方法包括以下步骤:
1 ) 先由 gsmSCF 向 HLR发送一个任意时间协商机制请求信息 ATI REQUEST;
2 ) HLR收到 gsmSCF的请求消息后, 根据其中的请求信息 Requested Info , 向 gsmSCF发送相应的响应消息 ATI ACK。
表一、 表二分别是任意时间协商机制请求消息 ATI REQUEST在现有技 术和在本发明中的情况, 其中, Information element name是指参数的名称; Required 是指该参数是否必须, M 表示必须, C 则表示根据情况可选; Description是指描述,表三、表四的定义相同。从表一、表二中可见, 该 ATI REQUEST消息包括至少三个参数: 发送者地址 gsmSCF Address、 请求信息 Requested Info、 移动台标识 Mobile Station Identity, 而在表二中, 请求信息 Requested Info中不但指明所需的信息是位置信息 Location Information还是 状态信息 Subscriber state, 而且指明所需的信息是与 MSC相关还是与 SGSN 相关, 移动台标识 Mobile Station Identity可以是 IMSI或 MSISDN。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种在智能网中实现节点位置与状态信息查询的方法, 用于在分组 域中业务控制功能单元(SCF )通过归属位置寄存器(HLR ) 查询与通用分 组无线业务(GPRS )相关的位置信息和状态信息, 其特征是该方法至少包 括以下的步骤:
a. 先由移动网业务控制功能单元(gsmSCF )向归属位置寄存器(HLR ) 发送一个任意时间协商机制请求消息 ( ATI REQUEST );
b. 归属位置寄存器(HLR ) 收到移动网业务控制功能单元(gsmSCF ) 的请求消息后, 根据请求消息中的相应信息, 向移动网业务控制功能单元
( gsmSCF )发送相应的响应消息 (ATI ACK )。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征是: HLR与 gsmSCF之间采用移 动应用协议 ( MAP )进行通信。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征是: 设定 gsmSCF发送给 HLR的 请求消息中至少包括发送者地址( gsmSCF Address )、 请求信息(Requested Info )、 移动台标识 ( Mobile Station Identity )。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的方法, 其特征是: 设定 gsmSCF在请求信息 Requested Info中指明所需的信息是位置信息( Location Information )还是状 态信息( Subscriber state ), 同时指明该信息是与移动交换中心( MSC )相关 还是与通用分组无线业务(GPRS )相关。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征是: 所述的移动台标识 ( Mobile Station Identity ) 为国际移动台标识(IMSI ), 或为移动台综合业务数据网络 号 (MSISDN )。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征是步骤 b进一步包括: 如果请求位置信息(Location Information ), 则响应位置信息, 如果请求 状态信息 (Subscriber state ), 则响应状态信息; 如果请求的是与 MSC相关 的信息, 则响应与 MSC相关的信息, 如果请求的是与 GPRS相关的信息, 则响应与 GPRS相关的信息。

8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征是: 设定与 GPRS相关的状 态信息至少包括: 协议上下文列表(PDP CONTEXT LIST )、 移动台忙闲状 态、 是否可及。
9、 一种在智能网中实现节点位置与状态信息查询的系统, 其特征是至 少包括:
设置于移动网业务控制功能单元 (gsmSCF ) 的请求消息发送装置和设 置于归属位置寄存器(HLR )的请求消息接收装置, 分别用于发送和接收任 意时间协商机制请求消息 ( ATI REQUEST );
设置于归属位置寄存器(HLR )的响应消息发送装置和设置于移动网业 务控制功能单元(gsmSCF ) 的响应消息接收装置;
该 HLR请求消息接收装置接收 gsmSCF请求消息发送装置所发的请求 消息, 由 HLR响应消息发送装置做出相应的应答, 发给 gsmSCF, gsmSCF 响应消息接收装置接收该消息应答。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征是: gsmSCF请求消息发送装置 与 HLR请求消息接收装置之间、 HLR响应消息发送装置和 gsmSCF响应消 息接收装置之间通过移动应用协议(MAP )通信。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征是: 所述的请求消息至少包括发 送者地址( gsmSCF Address )、请求信息( Requested Info )、移动台标识( Mobile Station Identity )。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征是: 所述的请求信息包括指明 所需信息为位置信息 ( Location Information )或状态信息 ( Subscriber state ) 的参数, 以及指明所需信息与 MSC相关还是与 GPRS相关的参数。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征是: 所述的移动台标识(Mobile Station Identity ) 为国际移动台标识(IMSI ), 或为移动台综合业务数据网络 号 (MSISDN )。
14、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征是: 所述的响应消息为与 MSC 相关的信息, 或与 GPRS相关的信息。
