Composition d'électrode positive contenant au moins un oxyde mixte de structure spinelle ou lamellaire de formule générale Li1-xM1-yAaO2-fFf, et au moins un phosphate mixte de formule générale Li1-zFenMnmPO4 et dans lesquelles: M = Co, Ni, Mn, A = Mg, Zn, Al, Fe, Cr, Co, Mn, Ni, Zn Ga, 0 ≤ x, y, a, f ≤ 1,0 ≤ z, n, m ≤ 1, et dont le fonctionnement se situe dans la plage de voltage 4,3 V - 2,5 V avec un plateau de voltage situé entre ces deux valeurs.
