Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'isolement d'un composé chargé, spécialement de type protéique consistant: à placer un échantillon préparé du composé dans une solution; à mettre en contact l'échantillon préparé avec une membrane dont la surface absorbante efficace est limitée de manière à permettre la fixation réversible du composé chargé à la membrane pour que le solvant puisse en être extrait et que le composé chargé y reste quasi réversiblement fixé; puis à éluter le composé de la membrane. Les composés élutés peuvent alors être directement soumis à une analyse par spectroscopie de masse en vue, par exemple, d'en caractériser les différents peptides.
