Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen optisch-chemischen Sensor, der nach dem FRET-Prinzip arbeitet und einen Probenmedium Analyt reagierenden Akzeptor (Chromophor oder Luminophor) sowie einen Donor (Luminophor) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da? sich der Akzeptor und der Donor in voneinander getrennten chemischen Phasen befinden, wobei die den Donor enthaltende Phase für die Luminseszenzeigenschaften des Luminophors beeinflussende Komponenten des Probenmediums in wesentlichen impermeabel ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiters ein Verfahren zur qualitativen und/oder quantitativen Bestimmung zumindest eines Analyten bzw. Einer Komponente eines gasförmigen oder flüssigen Me?mediums nach dem FRET-Prinzip, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung des erfindungsgemä?en Sensors.
