Abstract

Caracterizada por estar constituida de una sola pieza, la cual va unida a la tapa de la lata, mediante presión, pegado o soldado. También puede formar parte íntegra de la misma. Consta de una anilla la cual al estirarla permite que la parte cilíndrica que está pegada sobre si misma se desarrolle en toda su longitud, y al seguir tirando de la misma, la parte superior de la pieza cilíndrica, se destapa o desprecinta, con lo cual la lata está lista para su utilización.

APERTURA HIGIÉNICA PARA LATAS DE BEBIDA
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención, según se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva, consiste en un nuevo sistema de apertura, el cual está constituido de una sola pieza, la cual está unida a la tapa de la lata, y que permite mediante un solo movimiento la salida de la boquilla y la apertura de la misma, para poder beber o verter el liquido.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Convencionalmente son conocidas latas de bebida desechables, que tiene por objeto permitir que sean usadas una única vez, con un sistema de apertura metálico. Dicho sistema una vez abierto, queda enrasado a la tapa de la lata, por lo que al beber o verter el líquido siempre quedan restos en el reborde de la lata, el cual puede contener suciedad debido a que dichas latas anteriormente han sido objeto de almacenamiento.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Para resolver los inconvenientes anteriormente indicados, la invención consiste en un nuevo sistema de apertura, el cual tiene por objeto permitir que la lata sea utilizada una sola vez, y que permite beber o verter el líquido del interior, sin que queden restos en el reborde de la tapa de la lata, y sin que la boca o los labios de la persona o niño que esté bebiendo entren en contacto con el reborde de dicha lata. Por lo cual el sistema de apertura está constituido de una sola pieza de material plástico o metálico.
Dicha pieza de material plástico o metálico, va unida a la tapa de la lata mediante presión, soldado o pegado, también puede constituir un solo cuerpo con la tapa, siempre y cuando la tapa de la lata sea del mismo material que la invención. El sistema de apertura comprende en si, de una pieza cilindrica, la cual en su base posee unos rebordes para su agarra o pegado a la tapa de la lata y un estrechamiento más o menos hacia su mitad superior, lo cual permite que dicha parte se introduzca en la inferior por presión, que queda enrasada con los rebordes superiores de la parte inferior de la pieza.
En la parte superior de dicha pieza cilindrica, la cual va sellada o tapada, lleva incorporada una anilla, la cual permite que al estirar de la misma, la cual permite que al estirar de la misma, la parte superior de la pieza cilindrica salga hacia arriba, saliendo también la inferior y desprendiéndose la parte superior de la pieza cilindrica, la cual va tapada, desprendiéndose la anilla y dicha tapita.
Dicho sistema de apertura está constituido de una pieza.
BREVE ENUNCIADO DE LA FIGURAS
Figura 1.- Muestra una vista parcialmente seccionada de la lata, apreciándose seccionado el nuevo sistema de apertura.
Figura 2.- Muestra una vista en la cual se a tirado de la anilla anteriormente descrita, con lo cual se a producido la salida del cuerpo cilindrico que se encontraba plagado sobre si mismo.
Figura 3.- Muestra una vista en la cual, se aprecia que al seguir tirando de la anilla anteriormente descrita, se desprende la tapita de la parte cilindrica, permitiendo que el líquido de la lata pueda verterse.

A continuación se realiza una descripción de la invención basada en las figuras en anteriormente descritas.
Así pues, la invención consiste en una pieza cilindrica (1), la cual en su base, posee unos rebordes (2) para su agarre o pegado a la tapa de la lata (3), un estrechamiento (4) más o menos hacia su mitad superior, lo cual permite que dicha parte se introduzca en la inferior (5) por presión, que queda enrasada con los rebordes superiores en la parte inferior de la pieza.
La parte superior, a su vez va tapada o sellada, y consta de una anilla (6), la cual al estirarla permite que la parte cilindrica, la cual está plegada sobre si misma se desarrolle en toda su longitud, y a su vez destaparla o desprecintarla , con lo cual la lata está lista para su utilización.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Nuevo sistema de apertura para latas de bebida. Caracterizado por estar constituido de una sola pieza, la cual va unida a la tapa (figura 1)
2.- Nuevo sistema de apertura para latas de bebida. Según reivindicación 1. Caracterizada por constar de una anilla (6), la cual al estirarla permite que la parte cilindrica, la cual está plegada sobre si misma, se desarrolle en toda su longitud (figura 2).
3.- Nuevo sistema de apertura para latas de bebida. Según reivindicación 2. Caracterizada porque al seguir tirando de la anilla (6), la parte superior de la pieza cilindrica se destapa o se desprecinta con lo cual la lata está lista para su utilización (figura 3)
