Steuerung für eine automatisch betätigte Kupplung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuerung nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1. Die Steuerung dient zum Steuern einer automatisch betätigten Kupplung, die zwischen dem Motor und dem Getriebe eines Kraftfahrzeugs angeordnet ist und die durch einen Kupplungsaktuator ein- und ausgerückt wird, dessen Lage von einem Lageregelkreis gesteuert wird. Dabei wird durch den Lageregelkreis eine Drehzahldifferenz, zwischen dem Motor und der Getriebeeingangswelle ermittelt, die Kupplung in eine Sollposition gebracht und mit der Kupplung die Drehzahldi ferenz zwischen dem Motor und der Getriebeeingangswelle abge- baut.
Bei einer bekannten Bestimmungseinrichtung (EP 0 645 277 Bl) wird die Kupplung im Leerlauf des Getriebes - d. h. bei ausgerückter Kupplung und Gangstellung auf Neutral - über einen Regelkreis soweit eingerückt, bis die Getriebeeingangswellen- drehzahl einen bestimmten Prozentsatz der Motorleerlaufdrehzahl erreicht. Die Position der Kupplung bei dieser Situation wird als Berührpunkt bezeichnet.
Bei einer Steuerung für eine automatisch betätigte Kupplung (DE 44 34 111 AI) wird in dem Berührpunkt die Motordrehzahl auf einen Wert geregelt, der etwas unter der Drehzahl der Kupplungsausgangswelle liegt. Die Regelung erfolgt während der Fahrt in vorgegebenen Situationen und nicht während der Schaltungen. Der ermittelte Berührpunkt muss gespeichert werden.
Bei einem Verfahren zum Regeln einer automatisierten Kupplung bestimmt ein Regler einer Kupplungsschlupf-Regeleinheit aus dem Motordrehmoment und der Abweichung von Soll- und
Istschlupf ein Kupplungs-Stellmoment, das mit einer Kennlinie einen (An) Steuerstrom für eine Hydraulik der Kupplung fest-
legt (DE 197 51 455 AI) . Mit diesem Steuerstrom wird die Hydraulik gesteuert, und die Kupplung überträgt ein Drehmoment, da mittels der Hydraulik eine bestimmte momentane Kupplungskapazität eingestellt wird. Unter Kupplungskapazität wird ein momentan maximal von der Kupplung übertragbares Drehmoment verstanden. Der Istwert des Schlupfes der Kupplung wird über eine Verbindungsleitung zurückgeführt und in einem Funktionsblock mit einem Sollwert verglichen. Entsprechend dem Ergebnis dieses Vergleichs regelt der Regler den Steuerstrom der Hydraulik solange, bis sich.die Regelung eingeschwungen hat und das gewünschte Drehmoment von der. Kupplung übertragen wird.

Bei allen aus der Praxis bekannten Regelkreisen werden Störeinflüsse des Motormoments auf die Kupplungsbetätigung nur in allgemeiner Form beim Regeln der Kupplungsposition berücksichtigt. Abhängig von dem aktuellen Arbeitspunkt der Kupplung wirken sich Drehmomentänderungen des Motors aber unterschiedlich stark auf die Funktion der Kupplung aus. Sie erschweren eine sanfte und zugleich schnelle Kupplungspositi- onsführung und -betätigung. Der Störeinfluss des Motormomentes kann zu einer übermäßig hohen Belastung der Kupplungsreibbeläge oder zu spürbaren Antriebsstrangschwingungen während der Kuppelvorgänge führen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Kupplungssteuerung zu schaffen, die den Einfluss von Änderungen des Motordrehmoments auf die Funktion der Kupplung reduziert.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Steuerung nach Anspruch 1 gelöst. Die Lageregelung der Kupplung beim Ein- und Auskuppeln wird durch eine StörgrößenaufSchaltung er-
gänzt, durch die Änderungen des Motormoments im jeweils aktuellen Arbeitspunkt der Kupplung berücksichtigt werden.
Zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unter- ansprüchen niedergelegt.
Die Vorteile der Erfindung liegen insbesondere darin, dass die Kupplungssollposition immer in Abhängigkeit von dem aktuellen Arbeitspunkt der Kupplung korrigiert wird.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnung erläutert. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 die mit der Kupplung zusammenwirkenden Bestandteile des Antriebsstrangs eines Kraftfahrzeugs;
Figur 2 eine Antriebsstrangsteuerung mit einer erfindungsgemäßen KupplungsSteuerung in Blockdiagrammdarstellung; Figur 3 einen Gesamtregelkreis einer erfindungsgemäßen KupplungsSteuerung, Figur 4 eine StörgrößenaufSchaltung des Gesamtregelkreises nach Figur 3; Figur 5 eine Kennlinie eines Kupplungsmomentenmodells; Figur 6 ein Ablaufdiagramm eines in der Kupplungssteuerung nach Figur 2 abgearbeiteten Programms, und Figur 7 ein bei der Störgrößenberechnung abgearbeitetes Unterprogramm des Programms nach Figur 6.
Ein Antriebsstrang 1 (Figur 1) eines Kraftfahrzeugs enthält einen Motor 2, eine Kupplung 3 und ein durch diese mit dem Motor 2 verbundenes Getriebe 4. Die Kupplung wird durch einen mit einem Ausrücker 5 verbundenen Kupplungsaktuator 6 betätigt, der hier als hydraulischer Aktuator ausgebildet ist, der aber auch als elektro echanischer Aktuator realisiert sein kann. Die Steuerung dieses Aktuators und damit die Betä- tigung der Kupplung wird weiter hinten ausführlich erläutert. Die Achsantriebe, die Differentiale und die Räder des Kraft-
fahrzeugs sind hier nicht dargestellt, da sie allgemein bekannt sind und durch die Erfindung nicht beeinflusst werden.
Das Getriebe 4 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel als automa- tisiertes Schaltgetriebe ausgebildet, das den mechanischen Aufbau eines Handschaltgetriebes aufweist, aber automatisch betätigt wird, und zwar durch einen Getriebe-Stellantrieb 7, der aufweist einen Gassenaktuator 8, mit dem die gewählte Schaltgasse des Getriebes angesteuert wird, und einen Gangak- tuator, der den gewählten neuen Gang einrückt. Durch eine Schaltkulisse 10 wird angedeutet, dass das Getriebe 4 die gleiche Bauform aufweist wie ein herkömmliches, manuell von einem Fahrer zu betätigendes Schaltgetriebe.
Eine elektronische Antriebsstrangsteuerung 12, die insbesondere auch einen sogenannten AMT-Manager enthält, steuert die Kupplung 3 und das Getriebe 4. Einzelheiten über den Aufbau der Antriebsstrangsteuerung 12 werden noch anhand von Figur 2 erläutert. Sie ist dazu durch Steuerleitungen 13 und 14 mit dem Kupplungsaktuator 6 beziehungsweise dem Stellantrieb 7 verbunden. Mit einer Motorsteuerung 15 tauscht die Antriebsstrangsteuerung 12 Daten über einen Datenbus 16 aus. Über Signalleitungen 18 empfängt die Antriebsstrangsteuerung 12 verschiedene Messwerte: von einem Sensor 20 die Fahrzeugge- schwindigkeit, von einem Sensor 21 die Getriebeeingangsdrehzahl und von einem Sensor 22 die Motortemperatur.
Über Signalleitungen 24 empfängt die Antriebsstrangsteuerung 12 Informationen über die Stellung eines Zündschlosses 25, eines Schalthebels 26 und von einem Fahrpedalsensor 27.
Über Signalleitungen 28 ist die Antriebsstrangsteuerung 12 mit einer oder mehreren Signal- und Warnlampen 30, zum Beispiel auf dem Armaturenbrett angeordnet, mit einem Diagnose- gerät 31 und mit weiteren Programmeinrichtungen 32, zum Beispiel einem Wartungsrechner verbunden.

mehrdimensionales Kupplungskennfeld. Das durch die Kupplung übertragbare Drehmoment hängt von der Kupplungsposition pos_kup, der Reibbelagstemperatur T_kup und dem Abnutzungsgrad Grad_V des Kupplungsbelags ab.
Die Kupplungskennlinie hängt physikalisch bedingt auch von der Kupplungstemperatur ab, diese Abhängigkeit ist aber in Figur 5 zur besseren Übersichtlichkeit nicht dargestellt. Die Kennlinie gilt für eine gegebene Kupplungstemperatur und ei- nen gegebenen Grad des Kupplungsverschleißes. Die Abhängigkeit von diesen Größen könnte als Kurvenscharen mit jeweils der Temperatur oder dem Kupplungsverschleiß als Parameter dargestellt werden. In dem als Datenspeicher ausgebildeten Kennfeldglied ist die Temperaturabhängigkeit naturgemäß be- rücksichtigt. Entsprechendes gilt für den Verschleiß der Kupplungsbeläge .
Das Kennfeldglied 62 enthält wie erwähnt die inverse Kupplungskennlinie. Diese stellt ebenfalls das Kupplungsmomenten- modeil, das heißt das regelungstechnische Modell, der selben Kupplung dar, nur erfolgt die Ermittlung von gesuchten Werten in umgekehrter Richtung, das heißt aus der Kupplungsposition wird das zugehörige maximal übertragbare Kupplungsmoment berechnet. Durch Hintereinanderschalten einer inversen und ei- ner direkten Kupplungskennlinie, werden Nichtlinearitäten der Kennlinie kompensiert.
Die bei der StörgrößenaufSchaltung an den Stellen A bis E durchgeführten Rechenschritte sind wie erwähnt in dem Dia- gramm von Figur 5 mit den gleichen Buchstaben bezeichnet, ihre Bedeutung wird dabei unmittelbar ersichtlich.
A: der Anteil pos_kup_reg des Reglers an der Kupplungssollposition ergibt den Arbeitspunkt der StörgrößenaufSchaltung .
B: der Anteil pos_kup_reg des Reglers an der Kupplungssollposition führt mit der Kupplungskennlinie zu dem maximal von der Kupplung übertragbaren Motormoment M__kup_reg.
C: dieses Kupplungsmotormoment M_kuρ_reg plus der Motormo-. mentänderung ΔM ergibt das korrigierte Kupplungsmoment M_kup_soll.
D: das korrigierte Kupplungsmoment ergibt mit der Kupplungskennlinie die um den Störeinfluss korrigierte Kupplungssollposition pos_kup_soll. E: die Differenz zwischen der Kupplungssollposition des
Reglers pos_kup_soll und der korrigierten Kupplungssollposition pos_kup_soll ergibt die Kupplungspositionsände- rung pos_kup_stoer, die den Einfluss der Motormomente- ■ nänderung auf die Kupplungsbetätigung kompensiert. Das aus Figur 6 ersichtliche Ablaufdiagramm gibt ein in der Kupplungsteuerung 12 abgearbeitetes Programm wieder. Dabei werden nacheinander folgende Schritte ausgeführt:
51 nach dem Start des Programms werden abgefragt Motoristmoment, Motorzielmoment, Motordrehzahl und Getriebe- eingangsdrehzahl .
52 Es wird die Differenz zwischen Motor- und Getriebedrehzahl berechnet.
53 Der Regler 56 baut mit der Kupplung die Drehzahldifferenz delta_n ab. Der Anteil pos_kup_reg des Reglers an der Kupplungssollposition wird berechnet.
54 Es erfolgt die StörgrößenaufSchaltung. Dazu wird eine Änderung der Kupplungssollposition aus der Motormomente- nänderung im aktuellen Arbeitspunkt (abhängig von Soll- und Istposition der Kupplung, Temperatur und Reibcharak- teristik) berechnet.
S4 Die berechnete Kupplungssollpositionsänderung wird als
Störgröße zur Kupplungssollposition des Reglers addiert.
S6 Die Kupplungssollposition wird an den Kupplungsaktuator 6 übergeben. Damit ist das Programm am Ende.
Das Programm wird zyklisch erneut abgearbeitet.
Die Reibcharakteristik stellt den Zusammenhang dar zwischen der Kupplungsposition, der Reibbelagstemperatur, dem Abnut- zungsgrad und dem aus diesen Größen ermittelten maximal übertragbaren Kupplungsmoment .
Das aus Figur 7 ersichtliche Ablaufdiagramm gibt ein innerhalb des Programmes von Figur 6 abgearbeitetes Unterprogramm wieder. Dabei werden nacheinander folgende Schritte ausgeführt :
S4.1 nach dem Start des Programms werden abgefragt Motormoment, Kupplungsposition, Kupplungscharakteristik gemäß Kupplungskennfeld und Kupplungstemperatur. S4.2 Es wird abgefragt, ob sich das Motormoment geändert hat. Falls ja, wird in einem Schritt
S4.3 die Momentenänderung seit dem letzten Regelzyklus berechnet.
Falls nein, erfolgt ein Sprung zu einem Schritt S4.8. S4.4 Es wird das Kupplungsmoment für die Kupplungsziel- (oder -soll) position des Reglers mit dem Kupplungsmomentenmo- dell berechnet.
54.5 Gesamtes Kupplungssollmoment wird gleich dem Kupplungssollmoment des Reglers plus der Momentenänderung ge- setzt.
54.6 Eine neue Kupplungssollposition wird mit dem Kupplungsmomentenmode11 aus dem gesamten Kupplungssollmoment
54.7 Die Kupplungspositionsstörgröße wird gleich der neuen Kupplungssollposition minus der Kupplungssollposition des Reglers gesetzt. Danach folgt Schritt S4.9.
54.8 Die Kupplungspositionsstörgröße wird gleich null gesetzt .
S4.9 Die Kupplungspositionsstörgröße wird an den Addierglied 57 übergeben. Damit ist das Unterprogramm am Ende.
Das Unterprogramm wird im Rahmen des Hauptprogramms nach Fi- gur 6 ebenfalls laufend zyklisch abgearbeitet.
