Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1) für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von Brennkraftmaschinen und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Das Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1) umfaßt einen Ventilsitzkörper (5), in dem eine Ventilsitzfläche (6) eingenbracht ist, welche mit einem Ventilschließkörper (4) zu einem Dichtsitz zusammenwirkt, und einen Düsenkörper (2), mit dem der Ventilsitzkörper (5) fest verbunden ist, wobei der Ventilsitzkörper (5) in das Innere des Düsenkörpers (2) einsetzbar ist und an seiner stromabwärtigen Seite eine teilkugelförmige Außengeometrie aufweist, welche auf einer Auflagefläche (40) einer Sitzkörperausnehmung (38) des Düsenkörpers (2) auflieght. Der Ventilsitzkörper (5) ist bis zur endgültigen Fixierung seiner Position relativ zu dem Düsenkörper (2) auf der Aufflagefläche (40) drehbar gelagert und kann durch einen Zentrierdon ausgerichtet werden.
