Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de papier, en particulier, de papier fin couché, ce qui consiste à transmettre la pâte à papier depuis la caisse de tête (100) jusqu'à une table plate (200) au niveau de laquelle l'eau est extraite du papier sous forme de bande (W), puis à transférer la bande de papier (W) depuis la table plate (200) jusqu'à une presse (3) afin d'extraire par pression l'eau de la bande de papier (W), à transférer la bande de papier de la presse (300) à un séchoir (400) afin de la sécher, à effectuer un calandrage préalable et à coucher la bande de papier dans un dispositif de couchage (600), à sécher la bande de papier dans un séchoir (650), à la calandrer dans une calandreuse finale (900) et à l'enrouler dans une bobineuse (1000). D'après ce procédé, on introduit la pâte à papier dans la caisse de tête (100) au moyen d'une technique de mise en couche multiple, on effectue le précalandrage de la bande de papier dans une calandreuse (500) comportant un ou plusieurs rouleaux à pincements renforcés et on couche la bande de papier dans un ensemble de couchage sous forme de pellicule. L'invention concerne également une ligne de fabrication de papier constituée par plusieurs machines servant, en particulier, à fabriquer du papier fin couché, cette ligne de fabrication comprenant une caisse de tête (100), une table plate (200), une presse (300), un séchoir (400), une précalandreuse (500), un dispositif de couchage (600), un séchoir (680), une calandreuse finale (900) et une bobineuse (1000). Cette ligne de fabrication est composée d'une caisse de tête multicouche (100), d'une précalandreuse (500) comportant un ou plusieurs rouleaux à pincements renforcés et d'un ensemble de couchage pelliculaire (600).
