Abstract

L'invention concerne un vélo-step se déplaçant au moyen pédales horizontales avec ou sans vecteur vélocité$$ comportant une paire de pédales horizontales (droite et gauche). Lorsqu'on se tient debout sur le vélo, l'une desdites pédales est en position haute (1) et l'autre en position basse (2) et la force de propulsion exercée en alternance par la jambe droite et la jambe gauche d'une personne, s'exerce sur deux arbres opposés (3) connectés par des goujons (4) à un pignon possédant une manivelle (5) droite et gauche qui, par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre de transmission ou de chaîne (6) est connecté à un pignon fixé sur un moyeu arrière (7) qui peut comprendre, dans une option de vélocités, des roues intérieures (de 3 à 10) et des freins intérieurs comme un moyeur Shimano Nexus ou équivalent : ce qui élimine le besoin de roues et de freins exterieurs. En outre, le vélo-step comporte un cadre tubulaire en acier ou en aluminium avec une fourche, une direction, un guidon, des freins situés sur la fourche, un câble de frein et une poignée de frein, une poignée tournante (pour les vitesses, le cas échéant), une roue avant et une roue arrière.
