Abstract
Zum kontinuierlichen Verdampfen kleiner Mengen einer Flüssigkeit (3) wird diese mittels einer Kapillare (4) mit geringer Geschwindigkeit in einen beheizten Verdampfungsraum (1) eingeleitet. Das mit einer Austrittsöffnung (6) für die Flüssigkeit (3) versehene Ende (7) der Kapillare (4) ragt freischwingend in den Verdampfungsraum (1) hinein und wird, beispielsweise durch seitliches Anströmen der Kapillare (4) mit einem Gasstrom (11), zum Schwingen angeregt, so dass die Flüssigkeit (3) in den Verdampfungsraum (1) hinein zerstäubt wird.
