  • the grinder comprises a channel (20) through which the ground beans are dosed from the grinder and into the container.
  • Rubber washers (21) provide a shock-absorbing connection between the inner frame (7), the grinder bracket (6) and the outer casing (2).

  • Between the inner frame and the grinder bracket and the outer casing sound-absorbing material may be positioned, so as to make the apparatus as noiseless as possible.
  • Fig. 8a-e show different views of a funnel (30) preferably comprised in the apparatus according to the present invention.
  • the funnel (30) is adapted to co-operate with the channel (20) in such a manner that ground beans are dosed from the grinder and into the container in a jet so well defined that spillage is avoided or minimised when the beans are dosed into the container.
  • the funnel (30) is defined by two opposite wall parts (32a; 32b) and wall part (32c) connecting the two opposite wall parts (32a; 32b). As the two opposite wall parts (32a; 32b) are inclined relative to each other they define together with the wall part (32c) a tapered chute.
  • a cut out (31) is provided which fits together with the channel (20) in such a manner that the channel extends from behind of the wall part (32c) and up to or just through the cut out (31) when the funnel (30) is arranged in the apparatus according to the present invention.
  • the funnel further comprises a support structure (33) which fits into the front end of the apparatus according to the invention. In particular, the support structure is adapted fit in the region of the apparatus where the hole (15) is provided.
  • Fig. 9 shows an apparatus according to the present invention having a substantial vertical extending surface (35) to which the anchor plate (14) is attached and having a substantial horizontal extending surface (36) supporting a container into which ground beans are to be dosed.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé permettant de moudre et de doser des grains de café dans un contenant, plus spécifiquement dans un contenant à piston. Dans un premier aspect, cette invention concerne un appareil pour moudre des grains de café, qui comprend un broyeur possédant une première ouverture pour recevoir les grains de café et une seconde ouverture pour évacuer les grains moulus dans un contenant, un réservoir pour contenir les grains de café et possédant un orifice relié à ladite première ouverture du broyeur, un dispositif de dosage pour doser des quantités prédéterminées de grains de café moulus du broyeur dans ledit contenant, un logement entourant au moins le broyeur et le dispositif de dosage, et un dispositif de verrouillage permettant de verrouiller ledit réservoir audit logement.
