  • the passenger's portable device 10 may also have buttons or other human operable input devices by means of which he can direct communications from his device 10 to the device 1 2 so as to cause selection of copy, ordering information, and the like.
  • the device 1 0 carried by the passenger may also transmit, selectively, more detailed transactional information about the passenger, such as his postal or e-mail address, fax number, and/or a credit card number, so as to request further information, or cause an actual order to be placed.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un affichage publicitaire dans un espace tel qu'un ascenseur, une salle d'attente, un salon, un hall ou un restaurant, qui reçoit des informations d'identification de passager et/ou d'intérêts personnels provenant d'un dispositif portatif ou d'une carte magnétique portée par le visiteur, de touches d'un écran tactile ou de la voix du visiteur, afin de présenter des publicités ciblées sur le visiteur. L'affichage peut comporter des boutons, des écrans tactiles et un écran à empreintes digitales qui permettent de faire des sélections et d'effectuer une authentification de l'identité. Le dispositif portatif peut transmettre des informations de transaction telles que des adresses, des numéros et des informations de carte de crédit. L'affichage peut fournir des informations à un assistant numérique personnel ou à un ordinateur portatif, ou par l'Internet ou le téléphone.
