Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de perméabilisation de sperme consistant à : (a) laver un échantillon contenant du sperme dans un tampon d'extraction nucléaire de sperme (SNEB) comprenant un ou plusieurs agent(s) de chélation métallique et quasiment dépourvu(s) de détergents non ioniques et de cations divalents; (b) mettre en contact le sperme avec un ou plusieurs agent(s) de perméabilisation; et (c) éventuellement séparer la queue du sperme de sa tête. L'invention concerne également un procédé de transformation du sperme dont le procédé consiste à laisser incuber un échantillon de sperme ou des noyaux de sperme dans un ou plusieurs extrait(s) dépourvu(s) de cellule. L'invention concerne enfin des extraits et des tampons à utiliser avec ces procédés, des procédés de fabrication desdits extraits et des utilisations de noyaux de sperme transformé.
