Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de tissus ou d'organes à base de collagène afin de sensiblement décellulariser lesdits tissus ou organes à base de collagène avant implantation chez un receveur les nécessitant. De préférence, le procédé réduit ou élimine de manière significative l'immunogénicité des tissus ou des organes de telle manière que lors de la transplantation, les tissus ou les organes ne sont pas rejetés par le système immun du receveur. Le procédé consiste à prélever les tissus sur un donneur, à traiter les tissus afin d'éliminer sensiblement toutes les cellules des tissus ou des organes, et à traiter le support de collagène pour procéder à un stockage. Le procédé consiste ensuite à repeupler le support de collagène par ensemencement de cellules souches pour procéder à l'implantation chez le receveur.
