Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen mindestens einer Schicht (82) auf eine Teil-Oberfläche (2) eines Bauteils (1). Mit einem solchen Verfahren können z.B. Beschichtungen auf die Lichtaustrittsfläche einer Lampe aufgebracht werden, um Blendwirkungen der Lampe zu verringern. Um das Aufbringen von Schichten auf Teil-Oberflächen zu verbessern, wird die Schicht (82) durch Vakuumbeschichten aufgebracht unter Verwendung mindestens einer zum Bauteil (1) beabstandet angeordneten Blende (4) zum Abdecken der nicht zu beschichtenden Oberfläche des Bauteils, wobei die Blende (4) mindestens eine Blendenöffnung (5, 20) aufweist, die kleiner ist als die Fläche der aufzubringenden Schicht (82); die relative Lage des Bauteils (1) zur Blende (4) wird verändert und die Beschichtung des Bauteils wird in mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten jeweils nach der Veränderung der relativen Lage des Bauteils (1) zur Blende (4) vorgenommen.
