Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur schonenden Hochanreicherung von fetalen Zellen, wobei nach einer Entnahme von mütterlichem Blut und Zentrifugation desselben ein Antikörper-Cocktail mit Antikörper Anti-w, Antikörper Anti-r, Antikörper Anti-I und / oder Antikörper Anti-I plus zugegeben und aus dem Zell-Ansatz fetale Zellen mit 10?5 bis 107¿-facher Anreicherung abgetrennt werden.
