Abstract

L'invention concerne l'utilisation de sondes, comportant des nucléotides non complémentaires, dans des tests par bandelettes permettant de détecter la présence d'un acide nucléique cible dans une solution. Les sondes possèdent une affinité plus importante pour un acide nucléique cible et peuvent être utilisées dans la capture et/ou la détection d'acide nucléique cible. La sensibilité de la détection d'acide nucléique cible est ainsi améliorée. L'invention concerne aussi des bandelettes et des nécessaires.
