Abstract

The invention concerns a harness (1) consisting of a frame (4) and a mechanism whereof the double-articulated kinematic configuration enables to transfer in one planar horizontal or slightly oblique movement a rucksack (2) of all types such as a knapsack or a baby carrier or mushroom bag or of any type, from a dorsal transport position to a ventral position accessible to the user then, by a movement symmetrical to the above, enables to return said rucksack from the ventral position to its dorsal transport position.

Description

The invention relates to a backpack harness which can pivot from the back towards the belly, allowing the wearer to access his bag without having to unload it.
. En effet la morphologie humaine est telle qu'il est préférable de charger le corps au mieux suivant la colonne vertébrale, élément principal de son ossature .Generally, backpacks are a practical and ergonomic way to carry a load (sports bag, baby carrier bag, ...). Indeed, the human morphology is such that it is preferable to load the body at best according to the spine, the main element of its framework.
The disadvantage of the backpack compared to the handbag is that it is necessary to put it down to access its contents. This disadvantage in certain circumstances is a major annoyance for example when carrying in a backpack a baby who requires immediate care, or when one is hiking in the mountains, or in difficult places.
The present invention makes it possible to overcome this lack of comfort thanks to the principle of a pivoting device allowing the transfer of the backpack, from the back to the front of the wearer, without the latter being detached from his support harness. on the shoulders . This possibility thus allows the wearer to have in front of him his own bag, the contents of which remain perfectly accessible and without having to unload it. After having easily accessed his needs, the wearer, with a simple gesture, re-pivots his bag backwards to lock it again in its transport position.
The backpack harness according to a particular embodiment is illustrated in fig.l and fig.2.
The backpack harness according to a variant is illustrated in fig.3 and fig.4.
The pivoting harness (1) shown, supports the backpack (2), itself equipped with its frame fixed by links (3), its envelope and its pockets and closures. The harness (1) essentially comprises a frame (4) comprising a lateral projection (5), the end part (6) of which constitutes a pivot axis. The harness can be held energetically on the wearer by means of conventional backpack straps, adjustable with closing buckles: two back straps (7) for holding at shoulder level and a ventral strap (8) for keeping at level of the belt.
Le cadre (10) est verrouillé par un dispositif quelconque d'attache rapide (14) sur le harnais (1) .A second frame (9), following its general shape the frame of the harness, comprises a frame (10) on which the load is fixed, an intermediate tubular element (11) including the two lateral tubes (12) and (13) constitute pivot axes. The tubular element (11) is articulated on the one hand around the pivot (6) along the tubular axis (12) and on the other hand around the lateral tube of the frame (10) along the tubular axis (13) . The frame (10) is locked by any quick coupling device (14) on the harness (1).
In another embodiment, the frame (9) could be that of the backpack itself, which would simplify and lighten the harness and bag assembly.
Le porteur verrouille alors l'attache rapide (14) permettant ainsi au sac de retrouver sa configuration normale de transport .When transporting the bag (2), it is fixed to the harness (1) and locked. The harness is securely held by the wearer by means of the straps (7) and (8). When the carrier wishes to access his load, he unlocks the quick coupler (14). A simple lateral movement simultaneously initiates the rotation of the bag around the pivot (13) and the rotation of the intermediate tubular element (11) around the pivot (6). The bag describes a trajectory in a horizontal or slightly oblique plane, following a bi-articulated kinematics, to find itself in the end, in a frontal position, very accessible to the wearer. When the latter wishes to put his bag back in the transport position, he pushes it backwards and in symmetrical kinematics to put it back in its back position. The carrier then locks the quick coupler (14) thus allowing the bag to return to its normal transport configuration.
In the variant illustrated in fig.3 and fig.4, the frame of the bag (10) is extended by a fixed projection (11) laterally to the bag towards the rear. The end of this protrusion constitutes the first pivot axis of the bag. In this configuration, the tubular element (5) follows its shape by the projection (11) and is articulated on one of the sides around it. This same tubular element is articulated on the other side around the lateral upright of the frame (4). The deployment of the load from the rear to the front is always carried out on the same principle of the bi-articulation, but in this configuration, the protrusion is only found under the armpit of the wearer. This is stored sideways to the bag during the carrying phase, which can offer the advantage of better comfort for the wearer but also less size of the bag in its transport inside a car trunk, an airplane hold, or any luggage rack
