Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Detektor für Computertomographen mit einer Mehrzahl von auf einer Leiterplatte (3) zeilenförmig angeordneten Photodioden (1), wobei die Photodioden (1) jeweils aus einem Substrat (4) und einem an einer Oberseite (OP) des Substrats (4) vorgesehenen optisch aktiven Bereich gebildet sind und auf dem optisch aktiven Bereich (5) ein Szintillator (9) angebracht ist, und wobei ein zu einer Unterseite des Substrats (4) reichender elektrischer Anschluß des optisch aktiven Bereichs (5) einem auf einer Oberseite (OS) der Leiterplatte (3) angeordneten ersten Kontakt (12) gegenüberliegt.
