Abstract

L'invention relève des équipements chimiques et concerne notamment la structure interne des réacteurs destinés à mener des processus dans un milieu gazeux / liquide; elle peut être utilisée, par exemple, pour la synthèse de carbamide à partir de l'ammoniac et du dioxyde de carbone à des températures et pressions élevées. Le réacteur comprend un corps (1), des tubes (3, 4 et 5) destinés à l'injection de réactifs et un tube (6) d'évacuation des produits de synthèse. L'ajutage du réacteur comprend des parois perforées (7, 8) et des contacteurs tubulaires (9) fixés par leurs extrémités supérieures dans la grille d'appui (13). Le contacteur (9) est constitué d'éléments tubulaires verticaux ayant une coupe transversale ronde, à savoir d'un élément de descente (10) et d'un élément de montée (11) reliés entre eux dans la partie inférieure par un élément tubulaire en U (12), qui est fait à partir d'une tuyau ayant le même diamètre que celui des éléments (10) et (11). Les axes des éléments de descente (10) et de montée (11) sont séparés par une distance égale ou supérieure à deux diamètres du tuyau, comprise de préférence entre deux et six diamètres du tuyau. Le rapport entre la hauteur du contacteur et le diamètre du tuyau est compris entre 40 et 150. L'élément de descente (10) est muni d'orifices (14, 15) d'admission de gaz et de liquide, l'élément (11) comportant un orifice (17) sur la grille d'appui, destiné à l'évacuation du mélange gaz-liquides. L'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de descente (10) est pourvue d'un bouchon (16), placée à l'intérieur de l'élément de descente (10). Un anneau court (18), relié à la partie inférieure de la grille d'appui (13), assure la création sous la grille d'un coussin de gaz qui permet une distribution régulière de la phase gazeuse entre les contacteurs (9) et sur toute la coupe transversale du réacteur. L'ajutage du réacteur est caractérisé par une manufacturabilité plus élevée et une haute efficacité de fonctionnement.
