Abstract

L'invention concerne des molécules d'acide nucléique isolées, dénommées molécules d'acide nucléique de protéines associées au métabolisme de tocophérols et de caroténoïdes, codant pour de nouvelles protéines associées au métabolisme de tocophérols et de caroténoïdes de Physcomitrella patens. L'invention concerne également des molécules d'acide nucléique anti-sens, des vecteurs d'expression de recombinaison contenant des molécules d'acide nucléique de protéines associées au métabolisme de tocophérols et de caroténoïdes, ainsi que des cellules hôtes dans lesquelles les vecteurs d'expression ont été introduits. L'invention concerne, enfin, des protéines associées au métabolisme de tocophérols et de caroténoïdes isolés, des protéines associées au métabolisme de tocophérols et de caroténoïdes mutés, des protéines fusionnées, des peptides antigéniques et des procédés destinés à améliorer la production d'un composé désiré à partir de cellules transformées, d'organismes ou de plantes fondées sur le génie génétique de gènes de protéines associées au métabolisme de tocophérols et de caroténoïdes dans ces organismes.
