Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de communication destiné à l'interaction de laboratoires médicaux et de centres de traitement médicaux. Des laboratoires centraux se servent déjà de la transmission de données pour transmettre des données d'examen, l'acceptation et la réalisation des demandes se faisant toutefois de manière habituelle. Selon l'invention, tous les laboratoires concernés et leurs domaines de laboratoires spécifiques d'une part, et tous les centres de traitement médicaux d'autre part, sont mis en réseau par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de transmission de données, au moyen d'une base de données centrale de laboratoire intégrative comportant un ordinateur de serveur ; les données de patients et d'examen nécessaires sont enregistrées sur un module d'enregistrement d'un dispositif de saisie de données, au niveau du centre de traitement concerné, ces données sont ensuite cordonnées par la base de données centrale de laboratoire et indiquées au laboratoire ou au domaine de laboratoire concernés par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de sortie de données dans le laboratoire ou le domaine de laboratoire ; les échantillons à analyser sont caractérisés et/ou codés selon des critères prédéterminés dans les centres de traitement par l'intermédiaire des modules d'enregistrement, et attribués au laboratoire ou au domaine de laboratoire concernés ; les demandes d'analyse réservées sont activées au moment de l'arrivée des échantillons dans le laboratoire ; et les données d'analyse sont enregistrées dans la base de données centrale de laboratoire à la fin des analyses, et transmises aux centres de traitement concernés par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de transmission de données.
