Description
SOLAR TILE
The subject of the invention is Solar tile, which exchanges classical solar collectors and at the same time reduces the price for system which use solar energy for warming sanitary water.
Technical problem which is solved by this invention, is also the construction of the roofing tile, which enables a warming of sanitary water , water for a swimming pool or air by means of the sun, but in such a way, that it is much simpler for execution, mounting, resp. a whole erection of a solar system.
Technical problem, which this Solar tile solves, is such a construction of a roof, which enables warming of water by gaining of solar energy, without a build in of up to now known solar collectors, what means only 15 % of a price of existing solar systems for the warming of sanitary water, partially of a floor-heating and air-heating.
Solar collectors were up to now the most extended way of gaining of warm water by mean of the sun. They are composed of housing, insulation, absorber and glass. Absober iz coated by different absorbent paintings resp. painted over and is assembled of metallic base plate, copper pipings, or of some other metal. A common property of all described systems of classical collectors is, that these must have a bearing construction and are therewith visible on objects, and defeature esthetical view of these objects. Besides of that, a pricing items of investments into these systems are high and there is a question of economical authorization, resp. of to long period of ammortization. In consequence of cited imperfections, but mostly of a high price, it was necessarily to find a cheaper and simpler solutions, and that is Solar tile. Disclosure of the Invention
According to invention of the new Solar tile the problem is solved by a roofing tile, inside of which is a empty space for a warming medium. Solar Tile is composed of base plate and rubber washer. It is made of synthetic material which contains UN-protection. Solar Tiles will be mounted on this way as a classical tiles and will be attached by screw on roof construction.
The design could be adapted to a classical roofing tiles, and therewith the execution of incorporation into a existing roof is solved. Roofing tiles are mutually connected by assembling, and mutually are sealed by adequately shaped junctions, which are already a part of a roofing tile alone. Liquid circulates inside of them, in a opened system on the principles of thermosiphonic convection.
Beginning and ending roofing tiles are connected parallelly, according to principle of "Tihelman-system" and by piping heatmg-exchanger, which is positioned on the highest level of a roof Heating-exchanger is connected by a solar boiler, circulation - pump and appropπative regulating automatic mechanism - diferential thermostat
The medium is a liquid, which contains antifreezmg means, so that in a wintertime it is no necessarily to empty a system The surface of an Solar tile will be decided to any extend desired, depending from heating needs, for an one-family house it is sufficiently a square of 8 m2 of Solar tiles In the case, that a ridge of a roof is oriented in direction north - south, we will build a part of roofing tiles onto a eastern side and a resting quantity onto a western side of a roof In a morning-time, there will be eastern sun - and eastern side exploited, and in afternoon the western sun and the western side It is important, that a system for its functioning does not need an regulating automatic mechanism, because it functions on the principles of thermosiphonic convection
A pπce of Solar tile is unexampledly lower than a pπces of collectors, what will increase an more extended use of solar energy Meantime, a roofing tiles will serve for a ground purpose of a roof, that is a covering of an attic, and in this way that will be imperceptible incorporated into a object, at the same time it will perform a function of heating of sanitary water or air by means of solar energy
The invention will be descπbed at the execution example and by illustrations Solar tile is composed of base plate and rubber washer Ground plate forms a roofing tile of synthetic material, which has inside an empty space, which we will pour m by a warming medium For composing the Solar roof we need three types of tiles Elementary tile has at the lower part an outlet for connecting and on upper part is outlet for connecting to the middle tile On upper part of tile is outlet for connecting, which has a rabbet for the seal, middle tile has on the lower part the tooth for connecting and on upper part has a outlet for conectmg, final tile has at the lower part the tooth for connecting and on the upper part has an outlet for connecting Solar tile has four boπngs for fastening Solar tiles have inside reinforcement between basic plates
In consequence of solar irradiation, the base plate 1 will warm up, therewith also the warming medium, which acts on the principles of thermosiphonic convection resp circulation
Solar tiles will be mounted like a classical one, but the former will be mutuallly connected and fastened to the bearing construction of a roof. Eventual changing of a roofing tile is simple, you need only to empty a system and from upper side to change a roofing tile.
