Abstract
Description
The invention relates to light metal roofs with transparent thermal insulation for large-scale heating of buildings with large rooms, such as halls and. a. by means of solar energy and for solar heat generation for the heat supply of larger buildings.
Roofs for thermosolar energy generation are known and various state-of-the-art designs. The problem so far has been Lack of light, weatherproof, transparent insulation to the entire roof for thermosolar energy generation, especially when large flat roofs, such as warehouses, warehouses and other large areas buildings to be able to use. With the use of thermosola flat collectors are good results in solar energy generation, achieved in terms of efficiency and temperature level. Regarding the amount of energy are narrow limits due to the possible size of the individual flat collectors, the weight, your installation on large roofs and the price of the Flat collectors set. The optical design of the roofs with thermosolar Flat-plate collectors are another obstacle to the large-scale use of the roofs for solar heat generation. The coupling of many flat plate collectors on the roof places high demands on tightness, long-term reliability and aging resistance of all elements. Roofs with "swimming pool absorbers" are for those Use of the roofs for solar heat generation is another in practice rehearsed technology. The disadvantage of this solution is the radiation of the son nominal energy through the roof itself, which increases the usable temperature level of the warmed up carrier liquid in the installed heat absorption systems (preferably hoses) do not exceed 40 degrees C even in summer and by wind and radiation e.g. B. Solar energy absorbed a lot again at night will release to the environment. Any optical and thus is advantageous architectural design of the roofs.
The object of the invention is with the new transparent materials Thermal insulation (TWDVS) from Sto Therm Solar new and expanded Possibilities of solar heat generation over the entire roof area preferably to develop large roofs in lightweight construction.
The solution of the task according to the invention consists in the use of transparent thermal insulation materials TWDVS and the use of common and state-of-the-art light metal roof panels as base materials and the combination of these to form various large solar roofs including the storage and thermal use of the obtained solar Thermal energy.
Transparent heat is generated on large, stiffened light metal plates insulation boards TWDVS in connection with EPS rigid foam boards of the same thickness glued. These panels are then light as independent roof surfaces Roof structures can be assembled. Suitable roof structures are suitable Lectern or pitched gable roofs. With this large-area light metal Roof panels can be used for larger areas of building structures, clarifiers, bio house logical sewage treatment plants etc. The transparent thermal insulation of the Roof areas ensure the use of solar radiation to heat the room and prevents the heat emission of the large-volume room through the roof. With This solution makes it possible to house the housed without complex heating systems Protect building structures or sewage treatment plants from frost. In summer you can the roof surfaces should avoid a high heating of the room be removed or opened.
Another proposal is the further development of the light metal roof panels to a large-area heat radiation roof. Here, on the previous underside of the roof, which served as the radiation surface of the incident solar energy, a pipe coil, preferably made of PE multilayer pipes, or other suitable liquid-filled heat transfer systems is applied and covered with an additional heat-conducting, preferably sheet metal cladding ( Fig. 1). Now this roof can be used to generate heat when there is excess heat and to dissipate heat via the built-in PE pipe system. In connection with the storage of excess heat in the summer z. B. in underground storage tanks, these roofs can be used in winter by feeding the liquid warmed up in underground storage tanks into the named PE pipe system to heat the air in the covered areas. Is the storage of the excess heat in summer from the roof in an underground storage z. B. in sewage treatment plants, the underground storage should be created so that the reaction tank of the sewage treatment plant is also included in the function of the underground storage, ie is heated.
With the division of the underground storage into storage zones an effective one can Achieve storage of heat in underground storage. When using Heat pumps in this solar heating system can be energy and the required temperatures in the roof's heat dissipation system at low cost achieve.
Fig. 2 shows a thermal roof solution as a solar roof absorber.
On a well-known insulating roof / insulating wall made of light metal with foam iso a PUR pipe system is inserted into the outer recesses (PUR or XPS) (if possible multilayer pipe) inserted and fastened. On the inserted PE pipe system, a thin light metal plate is applied (glued or otherwise conclusively indissolubly connected). To ensure a long service life of the Roof systems, the PE pipes are not coupled or connected in any other way. The beginning and end of the pipe are always led out and with connecting pieces Mistake. This solution is only possible with PE pipes because these pipes are practical any length can be made. On the applied light the transparent thermal insulation (TWDVS) is glued on and attached to the metal plate sealed watertight on the outside. To increase the rigidity of the plate against A light metal frame is attached to the plate to twist and bend it also contains the device for mounting the plates. The sealing of the plat The joints are made using known seals, such as those used for large areas Light metal roofs is made.
This solar roof absorber has compared to the so-called "Swimming pool absorbers" have an increased efficiency, which increases the efficiency commercial solar flat collectors approaches, but covers the entire roof area. The high solar levels that can be achieved with these large-area solar roof absorbers Thermal energies enable the use of open earth solids storage. With of this stored solar thermal energy is the exclusive solar Thermal energy supply can also be implemented in apartment buildings. This way roof solution is suitable for retrofitting on existing buildings the. As far as the roof itself is concerned, the cost of new construction and Sat. nation in the old building, that of a conventional roof z. B. with roof tiles.
The preparation and use of the abundant solar heat by one Relation of the entire roof area to solar heat generation can be due to the high temperature level compared to previous solar roof absorbers Methods and systems of thermosolar technology for flat plate collectors take place. For the Proposed solar absorbers offer themselves as storage with earth solids storage their high storage capacity especially because the higher heat losses of the Earth solids storage balanced by the abundant supply of thermal energy become.
