Abstract

The roof tile is made of plastics or a similar material and acts as a carrier for a solar module or solar collector. The tile is exactly matched in size and shape to a group of the surrounding roof tiles and is fixed in position in the same way as the latter. Pref., the solar roof tile measures 2 roof tiles in width and 3 roof tiles in height, with a solar generator and/or collector mounted at its centre. The fixing bolts may be adjustable, to allow optimum alignment with the incident solar radiation. ADVANTAGE - Allows solar module or solar cell to be incorporated in roof without impairing original appearance or requiring special tools.

Description

The invention relates to a roof tile / roof tile made of plastic or other Materials of in addition to the function and advantages of normal roof tiles at the same time as a support for both a solar module (photovoltaic solar cell len) and optionally a solar collector (hot water generator).

According to the invention, the roof tile has exactly the dimensions (one Majority of) a group of conventional roof tiles in de installation position. The roof tile / roof tile according to the invention preferably has the dimensions of a group of two by three, so six conventional ones Roof tiles in their installation position.

1. der nachträglich in einfacher Weise in die üblichen Dachsteineindeckungen eingebaut werden kann bzw. gegen vorhandene normale Dachsteine aus getauscht werden kann;
2. der als Träger von Solarmodulen oder wahlweise Solarkollektoren dient;
3. der eine optische Integration in die vorhandene Dacharchitektur ermög licht;
4. der sich kostengünstig als Massenware herstellen läßt;
5. dessen Einbauarbeiten bei Dach-Neueindeckungen von Dachdeckern allein durchgeführt werden können;
6. der einen nachträglichen stellenweisen Einbau auch von nicht speziell ge schultem Personal (Laien) ermöglicht;
7. der eine einfache und schnelle Demontage im Falle von notwendigen Repa raturarbeiten unterhalb der Dach haut oder des Solarmoduls selbst ermög licht;
8. der auch ohne eingebautes Solarelement (Modul/Kollektor) die Funktion des Dachsteines erfüllt;
9. der statt eines Solarmoduls oder Solarkollektors auch mit einer Blindabdec kung in der angepaßten Dachsteinform versehen werden kann, um einen kostengünstigeren nachträglichen Einbau (auch nach Jahren) von Solarele menten zu ermöglichen, ohne daß ein Austauschen von Dachsteinen not wendig ist;
10. dessen Montage bzw. Einbau auf Dachlatten in der gleichen Weise erfolgt wie der normale Dachstein;
11. dessen Aufnahmeelemente für die Befestigung der Solarmodule/Solarkol lektoren an dem Dachsteinsteinträger so sicher und universell gestaltet sind, daß Solarelemente von verschiedenen Herstellern - also vermutlich mit ab weichenden Abmessungen - zum großen Teil eingebaut werden können;
The object of the invention is to provide a roof tile carrier
1. which can be easily retrofitted into the usual roof tile covers or can be exchanged for existing normal roof tiles;
2. which serves as a support for solar modules or optionally solar collectors;
3. which enables optical integration into the existing roof architecture;
4. which can be mass-produced inexpensively;
5. whose installation work for new roofing can be carried out by roofers alone;
6. which enables retrofitting in places even by not specially trained personnel (laypersons);
7. which enables simple and quick disassembly in the event of necessary repair work under the roof skin or the solar module itself;
8. which also fulfills the function of the roof tile without a solar element installed (module / collector);
9. the instead of a solar module or solar collector can also be provided with a blind cover in the adapted Dachstein form, in order to enable more cost-effective retrofitting (even after years) of solar elements without the need to replace roof tiles;
10. its assembly or installation on roof battens is carried out in the same way as the normal roof tile;
11. whose receiving elements for attaching the solar modules / Solarkol lectors on the Dachsteinsteinträger are designed so safe and universal that solar elements from different manufacturers - so presumably with deviating dimensions - can be largely installed;
12. Its mounting elements allow flexibility in the height distance between the roof tile carrier and, for example, solar module, in order to ensure the required ventilation and to be able to set an optimal solar radiation angle.
13. on which a watertight bushing with a built-in connector for an electrical cable and optionally also a built-in connector with a blind screw connection is provided for the connection of water pipes.

Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention

Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesonders in folgenden Merkmalen:The advantages achieved with the invention are in particular the following Features:

The high cost of the standard mounting on an existing one Roof skin eliminated; rather, the conventional roof tiles like Frankfurter Pfannen, Harzer Pfannen etc., against the solar roof tiles swaps or already installed from the start when new cover is installed. The solar Roof tiles have the same shapes, contours and colors as the convents tional roof tiles, so that an optimal architectural adaptation possible is.
  • - das nachträgliche Wechseln der konventionellen Dachsteine gegen Solar- Dachsteine ist auch von Laien ohne jegliche besondere Werkzeuge und Hilfs mittel durchführbar.- the subsequent exchange of conventional roof tiles for solar Dachstein is also by lay people without any special tools and aids medium feasible.
The angle of incidence can be optimally adjusted - even retrospectively by simply exchanging locating bolts.
- Achievable cost reduction for new roofing with solar roof tiles instead of with conventional roof tiles.
B. Auto- Katalysator).- Due to the above-mentioned advantages for the citizens, the Bundesre gation or for the building authority the possibility of new building permits only with the requirements of installing solar devices on the roof grants that can also be funded at the same time (see e.g. Auto- Catalyst).
The Dachstein support can either be used to hold a solar module or to hold a solar collector or as a roof tile using egg A blank cover can be used.
