Abstract

L'invention concerne un composé cire servant de granulats lors de son intégration dans un système support aux fins d'imperméabilisation de ce dernier. On utilise comme supports principalement des matériaux de construction ou matières de charge minéraux et basés sur des fibres ou des matières brutes renouvelables, ainsi que des pigments. L'invention concerne un composé en cires naturelles et/ou synthétiques, des constituants de cire instantanée, de la résine, de préférence d'origine naturelle, et des paraffines et/ou des graisses ou acides gras. En outre, ce composé est chimiquement modifié. Il contient non seulement les constituants cités qui peuvent être présents ensemble ou individuellement, mais aussi de faibles quantités de substances durcissantes ou améliorant l'élasticité, des agents tensioactifs et/ou augmentant l'efficacité ainsi que des agents auxiliaires de broyage ou des substances empêchant la réagglomération. La composition concrète du composé selon l invention est déterminée par la matrice matière dans laquelle elle doit agir. Les propriétés du composé cire sont réglées de telle façon que des procédés de désintégration adéquats, par exemple, un broyage dans des broyeurs grande vitesse refroidis et à fortes sollicitations de percussions, permettent de le transformer en produit pulvérulent. Le composé permet alors, sous cette forme, d'obtenir un rapport masse/efficacité nettement amélioré.
