Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for connecting devices and systems to liquid lines according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the lines can be filled, for example, with treated water, liquid foods, medicines or medical products, without the invention being limited to this.
  • connections made of plastic or stainless steel are generally used, which are not matched to the diameter of the line.
  • T-connectors are mostly used for the connection to the cables, the middle parts of which are not matched with the threaded part of a connecting nipple with regard to the connection length. This leads to the formation of dead spaces in the T connections, where deposits can form.
  • Organic deposits such as bacteria and their excretion product, endotoxins, if flushed into the pipeline or connected devices and systems, can render manufactured products unusable or endanger them when connecting devices for the treatment of patients.
  • the object of the present invention is to design a connection device of the type under consideration so that the formation of organic and inorganic deposits in its area is largely avoided.

  • This configuration ensures that the part of the tubular section protruding into the liquid line is wound around and through the liquid in such a way that a dead space-free connection of the devices and systems to the line is ensured.
