Abstract

Lors de la production de protéines de recombinaison dans des fermentations à écoulement discontinu, les procédés connus entraînent souvent, après induction de la synthèse de produits de recombinaison, une croissance trop forte de la culture due aux cellules exemptes de plasmides et une réduction du rendement du produit spécifique. Selon la présente invention, le rendement de protéines de recombinaison est augmenté du fait que la concentration de la source d'énergie/de carbone dans la culture est augmentée ou diminuée constamment sur un court laps de temps. Les oscillations sont produites par la modification de la cadence d'addition des solutions nutritives contenant la source d'énergie/de carbone. Ledit procédé est approprié pour tous les micro-organismes qui sont cultivés par écoulement discontinu avec limitation du carbone.
