Abstract
본 발명은 발효에 의한 L-글루타민의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 균체생육기의 균을 목적 생산물질인 L-글루타민의 축적에 이용하고자 배양초기에 전구물질인 L-글루타믹에시드를 첨가해주어 생육기의 균체내 L-글루타민생합성경로상의 효소 즉, L-글루타믹에시드 생합성효소와 L-글루타민 생합성효소를 자극 활성화하여 이용함으로서 생육기와 생산기가 구분되어 효소이용의 효율이 적었던 통상의 종래방법보다 고수율의 L-글루타민 축적하는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (2)
- 발효에 의한 L-글루타민을 생산함에 있어서, 배지에 L-글루타민의 전구체인 L-글루타믹에시드를 첨가하여 균의 L-글루타민 생합성대사를 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-글루타민의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배지내에 L-글루타믹에시드를 배양초기에 0.7%농도로 첨가해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-글루타민의 제조방법.
