Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird eine Würzepfanne mit Bodenbeheizung zur Bereitung von Bierwürze, mit dem Kennzeichen, dass ein heraushebbarer Einsatzbehälter (17) zur Aufnahme der Maische und darauffolgend des Hopfens mit Siebboden (21) zum Würzeablauf in die Würzepfanne (1) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Einsatzbehälter (17) mit einem Bodenentnahmerohr (5) und einem Kopfaufgaberohr (11) zum Umwälzen der Maische versehen ist.
