Claims

26 請 求 の 範 囲
1. 金属錯体を含む表面処理剤を用いて眼鏡フ レーム表 面の一部又は全部にコ 一ティ ング層を形成させる こ とを 特徴とする眼鏡フ レーム表面処理法。
2. 金属錯体を含む表面処理剤を眼鏡フ レーム表面の一 部又は全部に塗布 し、 次いで当該眼鏡フ レームを 4 5 0 °C以下で熱処理してコーティ ング層を形成させる請求項 1 記載の眼鏡フ レーム表面処理法。
3. 熱処理が、 眼鏡フ レームを予め 1 0 0 〜 2 5 0 に 加熱 ' 保持した後、 さ らに 2 8 0 〜 4 5 0てに加熱 ' 保 持する こ とによ り行われる請求項 2記載の眼鏡フ レーム 表面処理法。
4. 熱処理が、 眼鏡フ レームを予め 1 2 0 〜 1 7 0 に 加熱して 1 時間保持した後、 さ らに 2 8 0 〜 3 2 0 °Cに 加熱して 1 時間保持し、 次いで徐冷する こ とによ り行わ れる請求項 3記載の眼鏡フ レーム表面処理法。
5. 熱処理に際し、 表面処理剤が塗布された眼鏡フ レー ムを網目状治具上に設置する請求項 2 〜 4 のいずれかに 記載の眼鏡フ レーム表面処理法。
6. 表面処理剤が金属錯体及び有機溶剤を含む請求項 1 〜 5 のいずれかに記載の眼鏡フ レーム表面処理法。
7. 表面処理剤が樹脂類を 1 0重量%未満含有する請求 27
項 1 〜 6 のいずれかに記載の眼鏡フ レーム表面処理法。
8. 金属錯体における金属成分の含有量が 3 0 重量%以 上である請求項 1 ~ 7 のいずれかに記載の眼鏡フ レーム 表面処理法。
9. 2 種以上の金属錯体を用いる こ とによ り着色制御す る請求項 1 〜 8 のいずれかに記載の眼鏡フ レーム表面処 理法。
1 0. 金属錯体と して少な く と も金錯体を用いる請求項 1 ~ 9 のいずれかに記載の眼鏡フ レーム表面処理法。
1 1. 金属錯体と して少な く と もィォゥ化合物を用いる 請求項 1 ~ 1 0 のいずれかに記載の眼鏡フ レー ム表面処 理法。
1 2. 金属錯体と して少な く と も金錯体とコバル ト、 銅- 亜鉛、 ノレテニゥ ム、 ロ ジ ウ ム、 ハ。ラ ジウ ム、 マ ンガ ン、 銀、 スズ、 白金、 イ リ ジウム及びビスマスの少な く と も 1 種の金属錯体とを用いる請求項 1 〜 1 1 のいずれかに 記載の眼鏡フ レーム表面処理法。
1 3. 請求項 1 〜 1 2 のいずれかに記載された方法によ り表面処理が施された眼鏡フ レーム。
