Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de production d'un composant plat renforcé en stratifil (12) et réalisé dans au moins un matériau polymère (15) thermiquement déformable. Le stratifil (12) à ajouter à la masse fondue du matériau polymère est conçu de telle façon qu'une bande plate renforcée en stratifil (12) puisse être produite économiquement, déposée selon un motif et comprimée pour obtenir un composant plat. Pour ce faire, la buse extrudeuse est une filière plate (9) et un dispositif d'alimentation (11) permet d'assurer l'alimentation en stratifil (12) en amont de l'embouchure du nez de la buse de la filière (10).
