发明背景
随着城市的不断繁荣, 汽车不断增加, 道路的建设不能满足日益增 多的汽车负荷, 特别是在繁华的街道上汽车拥挤交通阻塞, 汽车尾气排 放污染严重, 其中排放的有害气体多为一氧化碳、 氮氧化物, 这些气体 聚积在地面和低气空有害于人体健康, 大气虽有自净能力, 但由于排放 污染物太多, 浓度接近或超过了大气的自净能力时, 则排放物扩散在城 市上空, 危及人体健康, 必须及时治理。 目前治理汽车排放污染已有许 多措施, 如使用无铅汽油, 使用天燃气、 曱醇代替汽油以降低排放污染, 从改善汽车本身来改善空气质量。
发明背景
本发明的目的是提供一种用于收集和排放污染气体的装置, 能就地 将汽车排放污染严重地区的污染气体及时收集并排放出去, 以免该严重 污染的气体扩散, 造成大范围的污染, 例如可将该收集和排放污染气体 的装置安装在车流很大排气污染严重的街道上, 将该局部污染严重地区 有害气体及时收集排放出去, 从而净化空气。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 一种用于收集和排放污染气体的装置, 它包括排气管道、 收集吸气口、 排气烟自, 在排气管道上装有若干收集 吸气口, 排气管道的出口端部与排气烟自的底端相连。
所述的排气管道的出口端与排气烟自之间还连接有导气管。

所述的转动连接件可为轴承和机械传动装置。
上述排气管道可装备于废气污染严重的街道处, 将汽车排放的废气 从吸头吸入, 经管道引至空旷地区或山上, 由于地面空气的温度和气体 密度均较高空为大, 特别是汽车排放的废气温度更高, 本发明利用地面 空气与高空空气的温差和压差, 使高温废气随排气管道和烟囱排至高空, 以自然净化, 或将该废气管道引至废气处理装置例如用吸附剂等将一氧 化碳和氮氧化物吸附, 然后加以处理。
综上所述, 本发明采用收集吸气口将废气污染严重地区的浓度很大 的废气就地吸入收集, 以免扩散, 经管道引出到空旷地区或山上的烟囱 处, 将废气排放到高空自然净化, 或经管道引出到吸附装置将废气中有 害气体吸附去除后排放, 从而控制了城市汽车污染源, 避免了汽车集中 在主要街道形成局部污染和大面积扩散造成危害。 本发明收集和排放污 染气体的装置, 适于大城市汽车排放污染严重地区使用。 附图简要说明

下面结合附图和具体实施方案对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
参见图 1 , 在排气管道 1上装有若干个收集吸气口 2, 排气管道 1的 出口部与烟囱 9 的底端相通连。 如图 2, 在排气管道 1 的出口端与排气 烟囱 9之间还连接有放置在山坡 1 3上的斜向向上布置的导气管 12, 将 烟囱 9 引至高山顶端, 使烟囱 9的出口处与地面距离加大更易于廈气的 排放。
如图 3, 排气管道 1沿废气污染严重的街道放置, 将其安装在支架 6 上, 沿排气管 1 上装有若干个收集吸气口 2 , 每个收集吸气口 2 包括支 管 3、 吸头 4、 防护网 5, 支管 3的一端与排气管道 1通连, 另一端装有 吸头 4 , 吸头 4上装有防护网 5以保护该排气管道, 使排气管道 1 内不 会进入杂物, 该排气管道 1 的出口端与烟囱 9底部相连。 如图 4 , 在烟 囱 9的顶端套合装有排气口 1 1, 在排气口 11与烟囱 9顶端的连接处装 有转动连接件一一轴承(未示出), 这样排气口 11 上装有受风力的作用 而带动排气口 11导向转动的风标 8, 风标 8可为有一定受风面的叶片式 结构, 当风向改变时, 风标 8 随风向转动, 必然带动其下部固接的排气 口 11转动, 从而保证排气口 11可随风向 K转动, 避免逆风情况下, 排 放废气受阻。 在排气管道 1中还可装有排风扇 (未示出), 在烟自 9中也 可装有排风扇 10以利于收集废气, 达到强迫通风, 加速排放的目的。 本 方案具体实施地区可选在北京城区二环或三环路, 可将排气管道 1 沿二 环或三环路布置, 排气管道 1 安放在马路当中的隔离栅处, 排气管道 1 两侧的收集吸气口 2分布在马路中心的两侧, 吸气口 2距地面高度可为 0. 3-0. 8 米, 以便于吸入废气。 在排气管道 1 从二环路或三环路西环一 侧向西北部山区方向用管道 12 引出, 沿山坡 13至山项废气排放管道终 端烟自 9 处。 利用地面空气密度和空气温度与高空空气密度和空气温度 的差值, 引导废气从交通繁忙废气污染严重的城区引向西北部山区的山 顶上, 用烟囱 9 加以排放, 自然净化。 反之, 为净化城市空气, 可在废 气排放管道的山顶端烟囱 9 处, 通过抽风扇等装置, 将排气管道系统转 换成送风系统, 向城市输入新鲜空气。
