Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de stabiliser des bouteilles pour boissons en polyéthylène térephtalate remplies de boissons non gazeuses, selon lequel la pression requise pour stabiliser la forme de la bouteille à boissons en polyéthylène térephtalate bouchée est produite par vaporisation d'azote. A cet effet, l'invention présente un procédé économique, fiable et ne requérant pas d'entretien qui consiste à introduire de l'azote gazeux dans la bouteille à boissons en polyéthylène térephtalate remplie d'une boisson non gazeuse, par le biais d'un appareil de gazéification placé dans la conduite de remplissage de l'installation de soutirage. La pression requise pour stabiliser la forme de la bouteille à boissons en polyéthylène térephtalate est ensuite produite par l'azote qui se dégage de la boisson non gazeuse dans le bouteille à boisson en polyéthylène térephtalate bouchée.
