Abstract
It is known that if children are transported in a motor vehicle, especially a passenger car, certain safety parameters such as the locking of doors, windows and the child seat are manually or automatically activated or deactivated. In practice, certain safety measures are accidentally not taken or the activation or deactivation of the safety parameters is not optimally adapted to the respective situation. The aim of the invention is therefore to improve such a child safety device in such a manner that the respective status of the safety parameters is easier to monitor and adapt to the respective requirements. Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, das manuelle oder elektrische Öffnen und Schließen eines Fensters zu sperren, damit das Kind nicht in unerwünschter Weise während der Fahrt das Fenster öffnen und sich hinauslehnen kann. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Erfindung gelöst. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung wird also dem Fahrer die Möglichkeit gegeben, auch während der Fahrt alle Parameter und Funktionen einer Kindersicherung auf einfache Weise zu überwachen, im Bedarfsfall einzustellen, zu ändern oder der jeweilig vorliegenden speziellen Situation optimal anzupassen. Dadurch kann die Gesamtsicherheit für das Kind erhöht werden, da eine für die Sicherheit wichtige, jedoch nicht optimal eingestellte Funktion unverzüglich dem Fahrer angezeigt wird und von diesem auch während der Fahrt korrigiert werden kann. Wenn zum Beispiel im Fond nur Erwachsene sitzen, die Kindersicherung in Form einer Türverriegelung aber noch von einer vorangehenden Fahrt mit einem Kind aktiviert ist, kann der Fahrer die Türverriegelung für das Aussteigen der Personen aus dem Fond aufheben, ohne das Fahrzeug verlassen zu müssen. Die Möglichkeit der Betätigung oder Änderung der Sicherheitsfunktionen durch den Fahrer kann auch im Falle eines Unfalls vorteilhaft sein, indem der Fahrer zum Beispiel die Türverriegelungen deaktiviert. Der Fahrer kann auch die jeweiligen Sicherungsfunktionen an das Alter eines mitfahrenden Kindes besser anpassen, wenn zum Beispiel eine Sicherungsfunktion aktiviert, jedoch in Anbetracht des Alters des mitfahrenden Kindes nicht notwendig oder sogar nachteilig ist. Vorzugsweise ist im oder unter dem Armaturenbrett im Bereich des Fahrersitzes oder auf dem Lenkrad ein Anzeige- und Bedienfeld vorgesehen, das für jeden einzelnen Parameter, wie zum Beispiel die Türverriegelung, eine Anzeige für die Aktivierung des Parameters, eine Anzeige für die Deaktivierung des Parameters und ein Betätigungsmittel für die Änderung des Parameters enthält. Diese Anzeige- und Betätigungsmittel können zusätzlich auch an anderen Plätzen des Fahrzeugs vorgesehen sein. Das kann zum Beispiel vorteilhaft sein, wenn der Fahrer durch die Verkehrssituation zu stark in Anspruch genommen ist oder bei einem Unfall nicht mehr in der Lage ist, wichtige Maßnahmen vorzunehmen.
Vorzugsweise wird bei Betätigung eines Einstellmittels für einen bestimmten Parameter ein Quittiersignal über die erfolgreich durchgeführte Einstellung oder Änderung des Parameters zu den Anzeigemitteln beim Fahrer zurückübertragen und dort angezeigt. aktivierter Airbag vor dem Kind befindet oder dergl..
