  • the control unit 10 influences the linear actuator in such a way that by means of tension wheel 5 the belt tension is influenced so as to remove the vibrations.
  • the control unit may comprise a memory into which for instance a vibration spectrum of the belt is stored. This provides for a "self learning" capability of the belt-pulley drive system. On the basis of these store data, the control unit automatically will influence the actuator, and thereby the tension wheel and the tensioning belt 4 in such a way, that future negative phenomena, e.g. vibrations, are damped and prevented at an early stage.

Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de régulation de la tension dans un système d'entraînement à poulies et courroie comportant au moins une poulie d'entraînement et une poulie entraînée (1, 2, 3), autour desquelles une courroie d'entraînement (4) est appliquée sous tension; un organe de mise sous tension (5, 6) conçu pour réguler ladite tension et un organe de commande (10) conçu pour commander l'organe de mise sous tension (5, 6). Ledit procédé consiste à déterminer les vibrations dans le système d'entraînement, ou un paramètre associé au comportement vibratoire dudit système, et à réguler la tension de la courroie d'entraînement en fonction desdites vibrations ou de la valeur dudit paramètre.
