Abstract

Sol-Gel-Beschichtungsstoff, enthaltend (A) eine Acrylatcopolymerisatlösung, enthaltend mindestens ein Acrylatcopolymerisat (A1); (B) einen Stammlack, herstellbar durch Hydrolyse und Kondensation mindestens eines hydrolysierbaren Silans (B1) der allgemeinen Formel (I) SiR4 (I), worin die Variable R die folgende Bedeutung hat: R = hydrolysierbare Gruppen, Hydroxygruppen und nicht hydrolysierbare Gruppen, mit der Massgabe, dass mindestens eine, vorzugsweise mindestens zwei, hydrolysierbare Gruppe(n) vorhanden ist oder sind; und (C) ein Sol, herstellbar durch Hydrolyse, Kondensation und Komplexierung mindestens eines hydrolysierbaren Silans (B1) der allgemeinen Formel (I) und mindestens einer hydrolysierbaren Metallverbindung (C1) der allgemeinen Formel (II) MRn (II), worin die Variablen und der Index die folgende Bedeutung haben: M = Aluminium, Titan oder Zirkonium, R = hydrolysierbare Gruppen, Hydroxygruppen und nicht hydrolysierbare Gruppen, mit der Massgabe, dass mindestens eine, vorzugsweise mindestens zwei, hydrolysierbare Gruppe(n) vorhanden ist oder sind, und n = 3 oder 4.
