Abstract

L'invention concerne un distributeur progressif avec système desmodromique, comprenant au moins un canal d'entrée de lubrifiant, des unités piston-cylindre raccordées à celui-ci, présentant une entrée de lubrifiant et une sortie de lubrifiant, ainsi que des passages à lubrifiant formés sur le piston. Les chambres de pression sont reliées, en fonction de la position du piston dans une des autres unités piston-cylindre, au canal d'entrée de lubrifiant permettant à la pression de s'exercer sur le piston, ou bien à un canal de sortie de lubrifiant, servant à l'évacuation du lubrifiant. La commande desmodromique se fait par l'intermédiaire des pistons sollicités l'un après l'autre par le lubrifiant et poussés chacun jusqu'à une position terminale prédéterminée. Grâce à l'invention, le distributeur progressif est constitué de telle sorte qu'il fonctionne de façon silencieuse à une vitesse élevée. A cet effet, les chambres de pression (D) sont reliées à un canal d'entrée de lubrifiant (SE) et à un canal de sortie de lubrifiant (SA), séparé du canal d'entrée, et les deux positions terminales de chacun des pistons (5, 6, 7) sont déterminées hydrauliquement par le lubrifiant restant dans les chambres de pression (D).
