Abstract

La surface de la coque (11) d'un rouleau de rebobineuse présente un revêtement élastique. Le revêtement élastique (12) est constitué de deux matériaux (12a, 12b) ayant des propriétés de dureté différentes. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le matériau mou (12a) forme un premier motif hélicoïdal de type à chevrons commençant symétriquement au centre du rouleau par rapport à son axe longitudinal et s'étendant jusqu'aux deux extrémités du rouleau. Respectivement, le matériau dur (12b) forme un second motif hélicoïdal de type à chevrons commençant symétriquement au centre du rouleau par rapport à son axe longitudinal et s'étendant jusqu'au deux extrémités du rouleau, de manière que les intersillons du second motif hélicoïdal à chevrons soient entrelacés avec les intersillons du premier motif hélicoïdal à chevrons. Le rouleau de l'invention est adapté à une utilisation dans tous les appareils à rebobineuse dans lesquels le rouleau enroulé sur une âme est porté et/ou chargé à l'aide d'au moins un rouleau.
