Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte aux bonbonnes servant à stocker et à transporter des gaz et des liquides sous pression, peut être utilisée dans des systèmes de survie ou dans l'industrie automobile, entre autres, et a pour but d'accroître le nombre de cycles opérationnels de chargement de la bonbonne. Cette invention concerne une bonbonne complexe à haute pression qui comprend une enceinte interne et hermétique à paroi fine faite d'acier inoxydable, laquelle enceinte comprend une enveloppe cylindrique ainsi que deux fonds qui sont soudés à ladite enveloppe. D'après cette invention, l'enceinte est pourvue d'anneaux en acier inoxydable qui sont disposés à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur aux endroits où les fonds sont connectés à l'enveloppe. Chaque lieu de connexion comprend deux paires d'anneaux dont deux entourent de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur les bords de l'enveloppe, tandis que les deux autres entoure les bords de chaque fond que l'on soude à ladite enveloppe le long du périmètre. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de cette bonbonne, lequel consiste à souder les fonds le long de leur périmètre à une enveloppe cylindrique à paroi fine (de 0,3 à 1,0 mm), puis à enrouler des fibres d'un matériau composite imprégnées d'une résine et à soumettre le tout à un traitement thermique. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce qu'avant de souder les fonds à l'enveloppe au niveau de leurs bords respectifs à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, on insère sous pression les anneaux d'acier inoxydable, on fait fondre les surfaces d'extrémité des bords de l'enveloppe et des fonds en même temps que les anneaux insérés sous pression sur ces derniers, et on relie les fonds à l'enveloppe par une soudure de bout en bout.
