According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the movement of the projection 410 is restricted so that it rotates within a cut-away portion formed at the bottom wall of the magazine portion 210.

  • a coil spring 450 is wound around the hinge bar 600.
  • a first end of the coil spring 450 is supported to one end of the leg portion 430 and a second end thereof is supported to a predetermined position of the bottom wall of the magazine portion 210 so as to bias the elastic latch 400 in one direction. Therefore, if the manual eject knob 440 is moved manually, the elastic latch 400 rotates and the projection 410 is separated from the latch groove 300 (see FIG. 6) formed in the magazine 250 so that the magazine 250 is ejected.
  • a mechanism for elevating a pickup device (not shown) in the deck portion 220 and swiveling the elastic latch 400 is installed at the bottom portion of the CD changer 200.
  • the mechanism includes a motor 500, a moderating gear assembly 510 driven by the motor 500 and an operation bar 520 rotating left and right by the moderating gear assembly 510.
  • the elastic latch 400 gets into contact with the operation bar 520 to then rotate at a constant speed.
  • the projection 410 moves slowly along a latch groove 300 formed in the magazine 250.

  • a latch groove 300 having a substantially hooked shape is formed in the rear of the bottom surface of the magazine 250.
  • the latch groove 300 includes an advancing portion 310 extending straightly by a predetermined distance from the rear end of the housing 251, a sloping portion 320 extending with an inclination from the advancing portion by a predetermined distance and a bent portion 330 bent from the sloping portion 320 at a right angle.
  • the latch groove 300 is linked with the projection 410 of the elastic latch 400 at the bottom of the magazine portion 210 and prevents the magazine 250 from escaping from the magazine portion 210 by being hooked by the projection 410 after the magazine 250 is inserted into the magazine portion 210.
  • the sloping portion 320 is interfered by the projection 410 and moderates the ejection of the magazine 250.
  • the elastic latch 400 rotates at a constant speed, the projection 410 and the sloping portion 320 get into slidable contact with each other according to rotation of the elastic latch 400 so that the magazine 250 is slowly ejected.
  • the magazine 250 since the straight groove 252 is linked with the projections 218 provided at the bottom of the magazine portion 210, the magazine 250 necessarily moves in the magazine portion 210 in a straight direction.
  • the elastic latch 400 moves freely.
  • the projection 410 is seated on the bent portion 330 along the latch groove 300, thereby locking the magazine 250.
  • the elastic latch 400 rotates restrictively by the operation bar 520.
  • the magazine 250 cannot escape freely due to interference of the sloping portion 320 of the latch groove 300.
  • the projection 410 rotates to the right at a constant speed to then escape from the bent portion 330. Thereafter, the magazine 250 is not further ejected due to interference of the sloping portion 320. Then, the elastic latch 400 rotates again to the left and thus the sloping portion 320 moves to the front of the magazine portion 210 along the projection 410, thereby adjusting the ejection speed of the magazine 250. Finally, when the projection 410 advances toward the advancing portion 310, the magazine 250 is pushed by the bent portion 232 of the front-and-rear sliding member 230 to then be completely ejected from the magazine portion 210.
  • the elastic latch 400 is operated manually to thus release the locking of the magazine 250.
  • a user moves the manual eject knob 440 using fingers through a cut-away portion 910 (shown in FIG. 5) formed on a CD changer cover 900 to allow the projection 410 to escape from the latch groove 300. Then, the magazine 250 is ejected to the front of the magazine portion 210.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'éjection/de verrouillage de magasins permettant d'éjecter aisément un magasin d'un changeur de disques compacts. Cet appareil d'éjection/de verrouillage comprend un élément coulissant vers l'avant et vers l'arrière placé sur une paroi supérieure d'une partie de magasin, et un linguet élastique comportant une projection articulée à une paroi inférieure de la partie de magasin, et reliée à une rainure de linguet du managsin et à une molette d'éjection s'étendant à partir d'un côté du linguet élastique dont elle est solidaire. L'élément coulissant coulisse vers l'avant et vers l'arrière sur la paroi supérieure de la partie de magasin, et est décalé vers l'avant de la partie de magasin par deux ressorts de torsion. Le linguet élastique est articulé par une barre d'articulation autour de laquelle est enroulé un ressort hélicoïdal. Une première extrémité de cette barre est supportée sur un côté de la partie de branche et une deuxième extrémité étant supportée vers une position prédéterminée de la paroi inférieure de la partie de magasin de manière à décaler le linguet élastique. Ce dernier tourne lorsque la molette d'éjection est déplacée manuellement. Lorsque cet appareil de verrouillage/d'éjection de magasin est utilisé sur un changeur de disques compacts, la configuration de la partie de magasin est simplifiée et il est possible d'éjecter manuellement un magasin.
