Description

Beschreibung description
Blendrahmen für ein Fenster-, Tür- oder FassadenelementFrame for a window, door or facade element
The invention relates to a frame for a window, door or facade element according to the preamble of claim 1.
In addition to windows with blind and casement frames, which together form the outside view, so-called block windows are also known and included in the present invention.
In the case of window, door or facade elements designed as block windows, the window frame has an outer sash stop which completely or almost completely covers the sash frame on the outside of the window, so that, ideally, this can no longer be recognized from the outside.
Fig. 3 shows such a generic, internal prior art of the applicant using the example of a block window. Shown is a thermally insulated profile, which consists of metal profile shells, which form the frame and the sash and are connected by insulating strips. The insulating strips form a thermal separation plane between the profile shells, which limit the heat flow from one profile shell to the other to a minimum. The material of the insulating strips is therefore a poor heat conductor and is usually made of plastic.
Profiles connected by insulating strips are referred to below as Nerbund profiles. An advantage is the increased strength in a Nerbund profile with a shear-resistant bond compared to the individual elements and - as a result - the improved statics. When calculating the statics of the Nerbund profiles, the different materials or strengths of the individual elements of the composite are taken into account in the calculation formula by means of a reduction factor.
The window frame of the window, door or facade element either forms the outer end of a masonry or another component or it is provided with a second stop for an outer soffit. According to a further variant, it is also possible to provide the frame with a type of plug-in attachment which is provided for engaging a corresponding plug-in recess in an adjacent element. The block window of FIG. 3 according to the prior art has such a frame.
The frame of the block window of Fig. 3 is designed as a plug-in element connector (also called insert profile), which among other things. enables the compensation of thermal expansion and is often used in facades. Pluggable frame profiles or the associated insert profiles are generally not screwed together.
In order to obtain a flush transition from one profile to the other in the frame of an insert profile, it is provided that the inner and outer profiles of the frame each have outer legs, which are, for example, stepped (see levels A and B), the professional legs following the steps, facing away from the casement, have outwardly facing sections which are closely adjacent to one another and form the walls of the plug-in attachment in the pane or facade plane. The profile legs, which are closely adjacent to one another, are connected to one another via insulating strips. The insulating effect of the frame is reduced in this area due to the greater heat transfer between the profile legs that are close together.
To ensure sufficient compensation for the expansion caused by changes in temperature and to ensure good guidance, it is also necessary to use the professional legs of the frame in the area of the attachment in the Compared to the other dimensions of the frame relatively long. In order to ensure sufficient good static properties of the frame in the area of the approach, the profile legs have a relatively large wall thickness.
Compared to the prior art, the invention therefore aims to further develop the generic window, door or facade element in such a way that the material requirement for metal for the production of the window frame designed as an insert profile is reduced and the insulation in the area of the approach of the window frame is improved becomes.
The invention achieves this aim by the subject matter of claim 1. According to the invention it is accordingly provided that the fastening and foot areas offset at least one of the insulating strips of the plug-in attachment of the frame on the inner and outer profiles of the frame in the door, window or facade plane are arranged. This measure makes it possible to significantly shorten the leg of the inner or outer profile of the frame in the region of the plug-in attachment, which can be saved entirely. The insulating strip thus takes over the task of this profile leg on the inner profile. The metal requirement for the production of the lead frame is reduced and the insulation is improved, since the good heat-conducting metal is replaced by the poorly heat-conducting plastic of the insulating strip.
A particularly good statics of the profile according to the invention is achieved if the insulating strip, which forms the outer walls of the plug-in attachment, has hollow chambers, preferably hollow chambers, which are provided with reinforcing struts.
According to a further inventive concept, the at least one insulating strip arranged between the inner and the outer profile of the casement tapering from the inner to the outer profile, preferably in such a way that the tapered insulating strip of the casement has a wider foot area on its inner profile than on the outer profile. This structurally simple solution enables surprising Way of realizing profiles with narrow face widths even with larger window dimensions.
Further advantageous refinements of the invention can be found in the remaining subclaims.
Es zeigt:The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the drawing using an exemplary embodiment. It shows:
Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch den Rahmen eines erfindungsgemäßen Blockfensters;1 shows a section through the frame of a block window according to the invention.
Fig. 2 den Blendrahmen aus Fig. 1;FIG. 2 the frame from FIG. 1;
Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch einen Rahmen eines Blockfensters nach demFig. 3 shows a cross section through a frame of a block window according to the
Stand der Technik; undState of the art; and
Senkrecht zur Haupter- streckungsrichtung des Blendrahmens 1 (bzw. parallel zur Scheibenebene) ist an das Außenprofil 5 ein Anschlagsteg 11 angeformt, welcher den Flügelrahmen 13 an der Außenseite des Fensters vollständig bzw. annähernd vollständig überdeckt, so daß dieser von außen nicht sichtbar ist.1, the composite window frame 1 of the block window has an aluminum inner profile 3 and an aluminum outer profile 5, which are firmly connected to one another via two mutually parallel thermal insulation or insulating strips 7, 9 made of poorly heat-conducting material, preferably plastic are. Perpendicular to the main direction of extension of the frame 1 (or parallel to the pane plane), a stop web 11 is integrally formed on the outer profile 5, which completely or almost completely covers the casement 13 on the outside of the window, so that it is not visible from the outside.
The composite sash frame 13 in turn has an aluminum inner profile 15 and a smaller aluminum outer profile 17 relative to the inner profile 15 (note: the inner and outer profiles of the frame and sash are also called the inner and outer shell), whereby the inner profile 15 with the outer profile 17 via a single insulating strip 19, which are also made of poorly heat-conducting plastic can, is firmly connected. An inner seal 21, an outer seal 23 and a strip 25 complete the glass rebate for the pane 27.
Since the insulating strip 19 arranged between the inner and outer profiles 15, 17 of the casement 13 tapers from the inner to the outer profile, an outer profile can be realized which has a particularly narrow appearance and yet allows relatively large element dimensions due to the good static properties . The good static values result in particular from the possibility of making the foot region 29 of the insulating strip, which engages in a groove-like manner in a recess 31 of the inner shell, relatively large. Due to the tapering of the insulating strip 19, the foot region 29 on the inner profile 15 is made wider than the foot region 33, which engages in a corresponding recess 35 on the outer profile 17. The tapered structure of the insulating strip 19 requires rolling at different levels. In addition, the tapered structure of the insulating strip 19 is pressed into the course of forces during the transfer of the weight forces and the moments that occur.
On the insulating strip 19 or on the top wall is further formed in the foot region 33 to the outer shell 17 in the fold between the glare and the sash 1, 13 web 36, which over the limitation of the outer profile 17 of the sash in the fold between the Glare and the sash protrudes. This web 36, in interaction with a center seal 37, forms the boundary of the antechamber 39 to the fitting chamber 41. As can also be seen in FIG. 1, the insulating strip 19 of the casement 13 projects beyond the limitation of the inner profile 15 of the casement into the fold or into the fitting chamber 41. This advantageously secures any locking elements in the fitting chamber 41 against attempts to break in or against the use of force from outside.
Wie ferner in Fig. 2 zu erkennen, ist der Blendrahmen mit einem Steckansatz 43 ver- sehen, wobei die Isolierleiste 9 einen statisch bedeutsamen Teil des Steckansatzes desAs can also be seen in FIG. 2, the frame is provided with a plug-in extension 43, the insulating strip 9 being a statically important part of the plug-in extension

Leg 45 of the outer profile of the frame 1 is covered so that it is not recognizable from the outside. On the inside, however, the insulating strip 9 takes over the static task of the otherwise required attachment leg of the inner profile. For this purpose, the fastening and foot areas 47, 49 of the insulating strip 9 of the plug-in attachment of the frame 1 on the inner and outer profiles 3, 5 of the frame 1 are arranged offset to one another in the window extension direction E.
To increase the strength, the insulating strip has a plurality of hollow chambers 51 through which an additional stiffening strut 53 runs. Furthermore, the insulating strip 9 of the plug-in attachment has a first base web 55, on which the foot region 47 is molded onto the inner profile 3, a second base web 57 lying parallel to the first base web 55, on which the foot region 49 is molded onto the outer profile 5, and at least two transverse webs 59 which run essentially perpendicular to the base web and which connect the first and second base webs 55, 57 to one another. In addition, the insulating strip 9 is supported on the outer profile 5 by means of a support lug 61 formed on the first base web 55, so that a static triangle is formed with the further walls 53 and 55 as well as the web 45 and the support lug 61.
