Abstract

Schmelzklebstoff wird ein eine Öffnung aufweisendes Behältnis verpackt, welches zum gleichzeitigen Aufschmelzen mit dem Inhalt des Behältnisses geeignet und mit diesem in geschmolzenem Zustand mischbar ist, ohne daß durch das Mischen die Eigenschaften der Klebstoffzusammensetzung in wesentlicher Weise nachteilig beeinflußt werden, und welches keine Oberflächenklebrigkeit im Bereich üblicher Lagertemparaturen aufweist, indem man den aufgeschmolzenen Schmelzklebstoff durch die Öffnung in das Behältnis abfüllt. Das Behältnis ist bei Temperaturen unterhalb von 50 °C formbeständig. Gleichzeitig mit dem Abfüllen des Schmelzklebstoffs kühlt man das Behältnis. Nach dem Abfüllen verschließt man das Behältnis vollständig. Das Verfahren ist besonders zum Verpacken von bei üblichen Lagertemperaturen fließfähigen Schmelzklebstoffen geeignet.
