Abstract

Der Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Knorpelzellsuspension, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß Knorpelzellen in einem Kulturmedium vermehrt werden, das Serum oder Serumersatz enthält, und daß die Knorpelzellen nach der Zellvermehrung bei einer Temperatur von unter -10 °C eingefroren werden.
