Abstract

Die Fasern werden in einer solchen Form den Bearbeitungsschritten unterworfen, daß die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Verarbeitung der Sklerenchymfasern erhöht, Gefährdungen des Bedienpersonals eingeschränkt und die Qualität des zu bearbeitenden Produktes verbessert wird. Die Fasern werden in Form eines Bumps (1) bearbeitet. Die ausgerichteten Fasern werden in Form des Bumps (1) zur Aufbereitung in der Naßstrecke vorgelegt, in dieser Form der chemischen und/oder Kochbearbeitung unterworfen, vorgespült, anschließend gespült, im Bedarfsfalle aviviert, entwässert und danach druckgetrocknet und in Form des Bumps (1) für die Weiterbearbeitung bereitgestellt. Infolge Bereitstellung und Durchlauf durch die Naßstrecke in Form des Bumps (1) werden Risse der Fasern völlig ausgeschlossen. Der für deren Behebung notwendige zeitliche und personelle Aufwand, letzterer gleichzeitig verbunden mit der Gefährdung der Bedienpersonen durch hohe Temperaturen und Laugenkonzentrationen, können eingespart und Ausfallzeiten der Anlage vermieden werden. Dementsprechend höher ist die Auslastung der Vorrichtung und das Produktionsergebnis. Der personelle Aufwand läßt sich auf etwa 1/3 senken. Verarbeitung von Sklerenchymfasern, insbesondere Flachsfasern.
